Mine was a last minute emergency overnight stay so I opted for the lowest cost option…a small single. The room was MUCH bigger than I expected! A bit dated but it was almost charming in a way. I took a peak (and smelled) what was coming out of the cute little kitchen area nook during breakfast as I left and immediately regretted not choosing the “breakfast included” option. It was the perfect short stay in extremely short notice. Worth noting: the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, great aircon, location (right next door to a local bar and supermarket + an 8-minute walk to centro storico), fantastic value for the money, and last but not least…fantastic owner/host. Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. According to some reviews it needs modernization, but I think the basic things work well and at this price I don't have much to complain about. The night was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked properly. The breakfast in the morning was sweet and very tasty. For this price I think it's a good place to stay for a short stay.

The B&B is situated in the center but still away from it, making free parking much easier. The owner was very responsive and a very nice person who went above and beyond to help me. The value for money was very high. As I was on a short trip, I was looking for a decent place, free parking, and value for money, and the B&B provided that.

The rooms was relatively small is size, but I was aware of it before.

I booked an apartment with 2 single beds for me only. The location is great, on the way up to the duomo in direction of the historic city center, which is about 1 km. Good paid parking (inexpensive) only 200 m from the place. Coffee just nearby, and a coop express supermarket 50 m away. Check in easy with codes, safe. The apartment was ok for the price, simple furniture, all lights working, fairly clean, comfortable bed, good shower, good heating/AC. TV did not work in my hands, not a tragedy. There is a shared kitchen and fridge, and a sitting area. The view from Agrigento was great from above. My booking did not include breakfast but I was offered a coffee and a piece of cake. Good communication with owner, very friendly. Good price: value, the valley of the temples is only a few km away. Good

Breakfast not bad. Really appreciated the croissant and the fresh fruit juice. But didn't know it was needed to reserve it. But 5€ is an good price so it's ok.

I put the time of my arrival when reserving on booking.com but apparently the information was not delivered or taken in account because there was no one when I arrived. But Icalled the owner an he arrived 15min after so it's good.

The room was cozy, not very modern but comfortable and clean. The host was amazing, he served breakfast early for us since I got sick during the night and we wanted to leave sooner than planned. He even printed out my friend’s plane ticket for free. He also helped with luggage :) The AC was working perfectly (writing this because we booked 5 different rooms for 10 days in Sicily and this is the only place where the AC actually worked properly).

The only thing I didn’t like was that the water heater for all the rooms was in our room, right above the shower and it was impossible to switch it off while having a shower (something I always do).

The location was perfect. Less than 10 minute walk from the city center(main street) and free parking on the street. The room was clean, quiet and cosy. The host doesn't speak great english but we understood each other well enough. Very easy to reach the valley of the temples, which was our main objective there.

Very helpful host, we have got an upgrade to the bigger room free of charge. Property is in a quiet area, there is an elevator in the building for the luggage.

Everything was great. Very kind host. The breakfast croissant is to die for. The breakfast is enough to fill you up (Italian sweet breakfast). Parking was available close by and the temples can be reached by foot (~1h).

Nice owner. Near the center. It is easy to find a parking place on the street near the apartments.

Maybe my expectations for the breakfast were too high (I formed an opinion from other comments), but it was very basic (the smallest choice I encountered while traveling in Sicily). But anyway OK.
