Great location, spotlessly clean and large room with a small balcony and a fantastic view of Agrigento and breathtaking sunsets. Salvatore, family, and team are doing an incredible job with their recently renovated Masseria, tasty breakfast, nice chats, and useful tips. The Masseria is only a short drive from Agrigento and Valle dei Templi. Similarly to most Sicily, a car is needed to reach the location, grocery, dining out, ... but GPS works reliably, the road to reach the location is fine and also parking in Agrigento is not an issue.

The setting is semi rural just out of Agrigento and near Favarro. It has nice cool breezes in the afternoon and expansive views to the west and south. The facility is clean modern and well equipped. With the directions and Google maps it was easy to get to and there is loads of parking checking in was a breeze with the instructions. Breakfast was ample and efficient. Great access valley of the temples.

The only downsides are distance to amenities such as groceries and meals, dining or bars. Nearby Favarro provided the easiest option, however getting into Agrigento was a bit of a battle. Tricky route finding and challenging parking once you arrived.

We stayed at la Masseria Torre Saracena during the Easter holidays. The property itself is stunning and the views towards the sea absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed two glorious sunsets on the evenings of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us excellent suggestions about where to eat, which were much appreciated. Enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended!

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe the access road was a little difficult to manoeuvre for people like me who aren’t used to driving in Sicily

The B&B is quite new although the original building is old - it has been recently renovated. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and breakfast was excellent with many choices on offer. It is located in an area slightly outside of Agrigento, very close to the Valley of the Temples, so was perfect for our purposes. We only stayed the one night specially for the Temples. Salvatore was very friendly and helpful, despite his lack of English.

The shower overflows very easily. Unfortunately this is a design flaw as there is not any fall to allow the water to flow down towards the drain. It's not a big problem but you have to shower in short bursts to prevent flooding the bathroom

Best accomodation we had in Sicily! Beautiful place, in the nature, peaceful and quiet, comfortable bed, amazing view... you name it! Everything was clean to perfection and we had such a good sleep, no noise or anything (which is not common in Sicily). There is a nice terrace/ garden outside to enjoy, free parking, it is close to the temples as well. Our hosts were so nice and helpful, really cool people! And the check in process was quick and easy. All recommendations for this place, you will not regret it:)

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Salvatore is so friendly and welcoming. He offered us a cold glass of water when we arrived which was very appreciated. The Masseria Torre Saracena is truly gorgeous. When you drive towards it at night and the lights are shining on it, it seriously takes your breath away. SO pretty. I kept a saying “beautiful” as Salvatore showed us our room because it really is just that beautiful. We were very comfortable. The view was beyond amazing! Very close to the Temples and beaches. We went to both restaurants that Salvatore recommended - one in Favara which was very close. The owner there was fantastic. We also went to the Akropolis which we will remember for the rest of our lives. You could see the temples from the dining room. It was breathtaking. GO HERE! Don’t hesitate! Breakfast was very good!

It is located in the most gorgeous stone building - perfectly restored - exquisite taste in decor and materials. The host and his wife are extremely welcoming. The property grounds are beautiful, the views are amazing. It is close to the famous Valley of the Temples (archeological site). One more extra point - the bathroom was big, and it had a huge shower (very rare in Italy). We had an amazing experience and would come back to this property.

This is a great destination away from the center of the city - you need a car and let the GPS guide you. You will reach the Calley of the Temples in less than 15 minutes.

Our stay at Torre Saracena was wonderful from the warm welcome by the owner to the excellent accommodation and facilities. We loved the hillside location with amazing views and peace & quiet of being in the countryside. Being newly refurbished, the building incorporates every guest comfort and is stylishly decorated. We slept very well in the comfortable bed with quiet airconditioning. Breakfast was generous with plenty of choice for all types of preferences. There is an evening bar service to relax watching the sunset. Highly recommend this accommodation and wish the owners every success.

Whilst our hotel stay was perfect, we experienced a nerve wracking journey through nearby Favara to go for our evening meal. It was easy to take the wrong turn through narrow streets. Another choice of restaurant was offered which might have been easier!

This is a brand new small guest house, beautifully designed and the most striking building in the valley. The owners were super helpful, and booked us into a great restaurant where they were eating themselves, it was excellent. The breakfast is a cold collation, but comprehensive and delicious. TV was modern and connected and able to run our our own Netflix. Ten minute drive from Valley of the Temples.

A few teething problems, in this brand new guest house. Our shower didn't drain causing a minor tsunami sorted with most of our towels, and there isn't anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

What a fantastic place! I felt like I had gone back in time. The owner, Salvo, is lovely and very helpful. The location is far enough from Agrigento to be a really tranquil spot but near enough to visit easily in about 10 minutes by car. Our room was huge and the breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. Salvo recommended a great restaurant in Favala, Kings, where we went both nights. We would highly recommend this place, it’s great!
