The place was brilliant, it was in a little village which had everything you needed. The rooms was stunning and very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. The spa and pool was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Could have had a bit more variety for the evening meals. Evening meal was pricy for the choice you had.

The lack of facilities available in the room. No cutlery, and you weren’t allowed to cook your own food even though there was a full kitchen available to use. I even had to bring stirrers up from the spa as there was no spoons to stir a coffee in the morning

Rooms very ample and clean. The property is very modern. Spa is big and has everything that is needed for a relaxing weekend. Outside pool is fantastic. The location is precious, immersed in the mountains. Breakfast is also good.

The restaurant staff was very kind and friendly, but we noticed there was some confusione among the crew during the afternoon tea.

SPA, large room with huge balcony, lot of activities organized by Margherita (thanks so much!). The cleanliness of the whole place was top. Free parking and free food between 16:00 and 18:00.

The staff at the breakfast was "cold", not tipically Italian style... I missed fresh chopped fruit for breakfast, which otherwise was very good.

Comfortable high-end accommodation with an impressive breakfast and spa. Shuttle service connects the hotel and the gondola, and it's easy to walk the town from the hotel.

Great location for outdoor activities. Good rooms and a great spa. The hotel is situated in a quiet valley with only a few restaurants and small villages. We had a good time here. Breakfast was great.

some utensils in the kitchen. spa was a bit crowded and not very intimate. breakfast was a bit disappointing . i also asked the reception for a bottle opener and was explained that they dont send to the room one and i can come to reception and open it there that was kind of wiered

The hotel is conveniently located in Alagna. Simple but elegant and functional mountain style architecture, which results in a warm, cosy atmosphere. Great breakfast and late afternoon brunch included. Nice indoor/outdoor pool at their spa.
