Excellent accommodation right in the center of Alagna Valsesia. Just steps away from a café, wine bar, or pizza place. A grocery store is a 4-minute walk, and the cable car is just 5 minutes away on foot. Parking is conveniently located right behind the house. The apartment is very tastefully and modernly renovated. We didn’t miss a thing. Nespresso coffee and a variety of tea flavors were available, which was a lovely touch. The mattresses and duvets were of excellent quality — even the sofa bed in the kitchen was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen opens directly onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the town center and the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable and will definitely choose this accommodation again when we return to Alagna.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Residence Kalipe, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Claudio and his wide and the hospitality extended by the host truly made our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. The apartment was Impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of skiing. What truly set this residence apart, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay, offering valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Have previously stated in a pleasant smaller apartment in this building, but this one was even better. Excellent location near the centre of the village in walking distance of restaurants, shops, skiing etc. Nice balconies and well equipped kitchen/bathroom. Host communicates effectively via WhatsApp. Hope to come again!

Just a couple of very tiny niggles. Parking around the back of the house is extremely tight (and challenging to exit), would suggest parking elsewhere unless your car is very small. Optional supplies in the fridge would be welcome, as would recommendations for grocery shopping (Carrefour Express nearby) and non-ski activities in poor weather (we came across the excellent Mirtillo Rosso spa in the neighbouring village of Riva Valdobbia)

The accommodation was great, it is actually much nicer than the photos and the building is old and feels quite special. We loved the bathroom, the shower was amazing! There was everything we needed including all the great little extras like coffee pods, tea and dishwasher tablets which we really appreciated before and after a long day out walking! Alagna is great and the residence is very well located. The staff were very helpful and facilitated and early check in. Thank you!

The property was close to restaurants without being right next to a bar. It was easy to walk all over Alagna. Claudio was very responsive to questions and made some restaurant recommendations which were good. The property uses key codes for the exterior and unit doors which was very nice to not have to carry keys. The nespresso maker in the room was lovely for morning coffee.

The Booking.com description said there is a 24-hour front desk. This typically means a front desk *on the property.* This is a large old residential building converted to holiday apartments, and there is *no* front desk on the property! It would be more correct to say that the management is readily available by telephone.

Great location, check in experience and honestly couldn't fault our brief stay. We were here for 4 nights having stayed in Alagne before so knew what was what. Walk to the lifts is fine but there are properties closer however in terms of value for money, this place is great. We would most certainly come back and love Alagne.

Very good location and great apartment. Super friendly and helpful owners.

Something to consider as an improvement is storage space / cabinets / droors. As there is floor heating it is not good to store luggage on the floor. And as a minor addition, a small shelf to shower would be nice, now the only place to keep different bottles is on the shower floor.

Welcome sets of tea and coffee that we could take with us in our thermoses on the ski slopes. Comfortable beds and airplay in bedroom tv was magic sized could watch a movie in the evening all together. And the view from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen so we could easily cook. Spacious bathroom.

Tight gate to parking behind the building but we managed it. In the evening it was super hot in the evening. But we managed to sleep with open window so that was all good. Just one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel.

Great location, very clean, had everything we needed and more. Claudio was an excellent host- very kind and prompt in responding.

Very narrow entrance to the parking- don’t bring a big car, but it’s very convenient.
