The hotel was 25 mins walk into Alba which was fine for us. You got the advantages of the piazza, Apertivo and nice food in Alba with the quietness of the hotel. The hotel had views of the vineyards on the surrounding hills. Pool and spa were great on a hot day. External tables and chairs were relaxing for a pre dinner drink and something to eat from hotel. They were equally happy for you to bring in food and wine. We wanted to have wine tasting experience which the receptionist organised for us. Booking two wineries (impossible to do in English) and explaining the taxi system.

Hotel was perfect for our group. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Pool was lovely and essential in the heat. Breakfast had a great selection on offer. Bikes were available to cycle into the centre of Alba when needed. But the best part was definitely the fabulous staff. Nico was an outstanding host, sorting us out with taxis, e-bike rentals, restaurant bookings and delicious spritzes in the pool. We would love to stay again.

Excellent location. I went on a wine tour in Piedmont and the hotel had a great access to the wineries. Staff was very helpful, polite and went beyond any expectations. The only negative was my mattress bed that was worn out and had Indentations but that said I didn’t mention to the hotel. I’m sure they would have done something about it.

Good room with nice view of the vineyards and a small French balcony. Quality bicycles you can loan. Great location a 5 minute bikeride from downtown Alba. Super friendly staff in the reception. Big garden. Quiet. Good parking.

The pool is very much smaller than the wide angle photos on the web site indicates. Breakfast was a little boring.

Clean but a bit old standard. Rooms could need some renovation. Location was a bit far from city center for walking in hot weather. However we borrowed free bikes and riding to the center on a bike was quick. Could be more bikes as they were quickly borrowed in the evening. Hotel restaurant meny was a bit too simple but prices were very good. As the hotel is close to a small stream it is prone to mosquitoes during the evening.

Super small hotel. 20 mins walk from the centre of Alba, or 7 mins on the free bikes provided by the hotel. Very comfy beds, high quality bed linen. Secure private parking. Super breakfast, very helpful staff and owner. All round a delightful place to stay, highly recommended

No criticisms all positive

The views from the garden and pool area are really beautiful and peaceful. The property is in a quiet location and within a 20-25 min walking distance from Alba’s historical centre, they also provide bicycles with a lock. The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. There is an ample variety to choose from for breakfast which is served outdoors as well as indoors.

The pool photos were probably taken with a wide angled lens so the pool is not as large as it seems, you can’t do laps but it’s great for cooling off, even though we were slightly disappointed with the size we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble and we had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good and it was lovely to have drinks brought to us at the pool without a service charge. The staff were marvellous.

The staff here was so kind and friendly! The location was close to many restaurants and shops, but the ability to use bikes to get into the center of Alba was a wonderful addition to the stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the parking was safe and easy!

The room itself was great for us, though the pillows were a bit soft for our liking.

The location is about 1 km from the center of Alba, which was a bit further away than I expected. It is an easy walk, just a bit far to walk after dinner at night.
