I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was genuinely impressed. It's truly excellent for a 4-star hotel, especially for the price I paid. The hotel appears recently remodeled, blending a classic style with all the modern comforts. Everything felt fresh and was in excellent condition. My room was incredibly spacious and well appointed, offering a very comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. A huge thank you to the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning, hoping just to drop off my luggage to explore the city, but they went above and beyond by having my room available much sooner than expected. This thoughtful gesture truly made my visit so much more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value. I'll definitely consider staying here again!

The excellence of the cleanliness of the room! The amazing smell of the towels and pilows was also an extra. The breakfast was perfect. The staff is very helpful and always in the most positive attitude. The location is in a brief walk distance from the historical center. My stay at this hotel reminded me of the nostalgia of the 90' 5 star hotel experiences and I can't express enough how it was the perfect choice in Alba! 110% recommended!

A modern well planned hotel with good restaurant; excellent professional and welcoming staff. It is an easy walk into Alba centre for sightseeing and shops. And it is just a 15 min walk to the train station and bus stops. In fact our car stayed in the hotel garage all the time!

Very convenient location a short walk from the centre and secure underground parking with direct access by lift to/from reception. Room very spacious as was bathroom with lovely shower. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful and all spoke excellent English.

The Hotel is in a small alley ; Need to walk 1+ km. to the town center and the restaurants ,although the streets are nice.

Room is clean, with a spacious toilet. It is located at a quiet location but convenient place close to the good restaurants, cafe and the old historic town of Alba. Breakfast are decent with good wide spread of food. The hotel staff are kind and helped us with calling taxi etc. very memorable stay.

Great location easily reached in the center of chaming Alba. Large secure garage. Beautiful, spacious room with plenty of storage, laptop size safe, excellent bathroom. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Large buffet breakfast. In January, this hotel was worth twice what we paid. Best of all, the staff was superb.

Very helpful staff! Excellent location, really close to city center, restaurants and all… Very good breakfast. Free underground parking is very convenient.

A bottle of water in the room won’t hurt: it is practically a standard in a majority of hotels.

We were so impressed with this hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was impressive. The room was spacious, with all the special little touches to make it comfortable and elegant at the same time. The staff were so accommodating, even serving us a drink before the bar was opened. They were very friendly and helpful. A real find in Alba, Italy!

Attractive foyer, very helpful staff, great rooms for our extended family. My son & wife & 2 children much appreciated the connecting rooms. Not too far to walk to the centre of Alba & plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Excellent breakfast. Good to have an underground garage.
