Very convenient in room breakfast with fresh croissants and breads delivered every morning to our room. Fridge was stacked with so much food we could barely eat it...we were also welcomed by fresh pastry baked by the owners. The locations could not be better...there was a large parking available in front of the house and we were 5minutes walking distance to the old town.Safe and convenient.We would love to come back one day.Thank you for having us! Everything was great and the B & B was very clean and comfortable. The little touches like fresh cooked cake each day was fabulous. It was very close to the old town and easy to find with parking out the front. Alba and surrounding towns were fantastic thanks to an Itinerary supplied by the owner.

Wish they had a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee as we were unable to work out how to use the Italian coffee maker and had to boil the water in a saucepan.....but nothing really!

The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from Alba centre, and free parking is available in the property. Our host Massimo was incredible - friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a truly wonderful one.

Excellent location for exploring Alba. Close to railway station if you fancy a trip to Turin without the hassle of driving, which we did! Great parking in front of property. Extremely helpful owner.

Breakfast was poor. Would be better not to include this as you are close enough to Alba centre to get breakfast there.

Everything was lovely, from the very warm welcome to the very personal thoughtful touches that the owner provided. The food and drinks provided for breakfast were exceptional. The property is modern and well thought out with lovely outdoor spaces to relax. The old town of Alba is within two minutes walk and the owner recommended excellent restaurants. We would highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was excellent, new and modern. Some food, a cake from the nonna, and wine was given to us, which was fantastic. The location was excellent, and walking distance to the old town of Alba. The parking was excellent.

The room was facing the street, and the traffic was quite busy, and noicy, from early morning.

Location was great, it was just on what seemed to be on a ring road that ran around the city, it was a 3 min walk into the old part of the city and very easy to find restaurants and whatever you are after. There is parking available so if you have a car the location is helpful. Wifi worked well, room temperature was appropriate, room itself was great, owner was friendly and helpful. I was really happy with my stay.

Location is great, easy walk to the center of town. Massimo was very nice, picked me up at the station and even brought me some of his mom's delicious apple cake. It's a small but very efficient and clean space. Everyone was very friendly and kind.

Massimo was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions—I got there very late and he met me at the door to help with my luggage. Cake “made by mama” was given upon arrival, as well. Sweet place and family.

wonderful accommodation in the center of the city. The cathedral is about 100m away. there is also a cafe and a wine bar nearby. Host Massimo very helpful and lovely person. thank you
