Everything. First time to Alghero so we were a bit apprehensive.Fabulous location overlooking beach & 10 min walk from charming Old Town with any amount of fine restraunts & bars. Views from balcony, room spec & facilities were above expectations. Antonelle was a Joy & dealt with our late check in & luggage storage on day of our departure as well as bumping into her during the stay. Will definitely be back.

Not a criticism.Apt located at busy roundabout on beachfront.But all beachfront properties in resort have the traffic noise as the main road runs along to the Old Town. Views & location outweighs this & you can always close the double glazed doors, turn on AC & watch the Sunset...

100% spotless clean you could not get it any cleaner. .Staff were extremely welcoming friendly and very helpful especially the receptionist Antonella don't hesitate to ask her for help. Spa Bath well worth the money so if your thinking about it just book it.😊 from our comfortable bed we had the view of the sea, beach sun rise and sunset and the balcony topped it off. location is perfect all is within walking distance as we were on foot, buses and trains close by and airport 8km away.Our first time in Alghero and we loved every minute.We will defo be back.

Beside a busy round about and road works early morning but obviously nothing to do with starry sky and out of their control.

It had an amazing view. Ideal for sunset you can watch it from the comfortable bed or jacuzzi bath. Perfect location to explore anywhere in Alghero. There was an optional parking space available at a small fee of €10 for a night. The lights were very cool. Nice quiet sleep even though you are on the front with the road it was no problem, we slept great. Antonella made checking in so smooth and extra helpful with tips and advice and unbelievable understanding and communication in English for us who sadly don’t speak any Italian.

It’s very clean and room was quite big, what’s nice. The airco works perfectly, we had a nice balcony. Good water pressure in the shower what’s important because of the sand on the beach :) Close to the old town, close to beach, good parking place in a shade. Building has a lift, landlady was quite helpful.

1/WiFi connection is not acceptable - it basically didn’t work for the whole period, we couldn’t use Netflix. Additionally in Alghero regular mobile internet signal from my mobile operator was very weak so with no wifi we were completely cut from the internet - it might be a plus for someone. 2/The passive agressive reminders all around the room - really you don’t have to treat your guests as completely idiot and even a reminder can be written more politely.

The room was fantastic. Modern and perfect location near the beach and the old town. Fantastic wire from the balcony. We had the panoramic room. Antonella our hostess, was fantastic with all the help and tips on restaurants, beeches, bars and so on. She made our stay so much better. We would really recommend this stay if you visit Alghero

Loved the apartments (we stayed in 3 different rooms over two days) Each one was spacious and comfortable and we all loved the bathrooms with spa bath and large tub etc.. balcony rooms were great and we had a lovely ocean view too. Mary was incredibly helpful with communication prior to our stay and on check in. Excellent location and we loved Alghero.

Walls are very thin and another group/couple who were in another room played very loud music at 1am and kept us awake. This is not the fault of the establishment but maybe something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were very modern. Lighting in bathroom was class. Loved that there was an electric blackout shutter. Aircon worked great while in room. Mary was a pleasure and very helpful. If anything was needed she was available on WhatsApp. Location was directly across the road from the beach.

No staff on site. Only one set of keys. Guest house was a floor in apartment block. Could hear other guests easily.

Antonella was so helpful at check in. Explained everything and again at check out kindly made sure all was just perfect Fridge and air conditioning so quiet and nesscessary. Apt clean and excellent location

Paper cups not great for tea but changed when we needed them so no problem.

Amazing property, this was very comfortable and Antonella the host was fantastic and provided some great recommendations for local restaurants! Couldn’t fault it at all 😊

Great location, had beautiful views from the balcony, across the road to the beach and only minutes walk to the city centre. The room was clean, very roomy, great kitchenet for two, private bathroom. No noise at all. Thank you to our host Mary, she also was very helpful and recommended two restaurants and they were great. Thank you Mary.
