I returned to the hotel after a previous pleasant experience. Some highlights: hotel (aesthetic), location (close to the beach, city center & bus station) and staff (very helpful).

I would have liked to give the highest mark, but I think that the breakfast should be optimized in the sense of offering a diversification, at least once every few days.

Great location right next to the beach and a lovely, flat walk to the old town-around 15 mins. Lovely cocktail bars and restaurants very close by. Hotel was well taken care of. Pool was cleaned everyday with a lifeguard on duty. Staff were amazing! They were so nice and offered poolside service for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was brilliant in the hotel too, always replenished when things were getting low and a lot of variety in the buffet. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and communal areas were also clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our time here and I have already recommended to family and friends.

Gym a bit dated with no air on but I couldn’t fault any of the other facilities.

We loved Hotel Florida......staff were very helpful & friendly at all times. Cleaning staff were very discreet & efficient. The location was perfect for us, the breakfast was excellent, fabulous choices and the restaurant staff were fabulous. Overall, we loved our stay & would love to return some day.

The only fault we would have with the hotel was the daily €3 charge for a fresh beach towel. That amounts to €60 spent on the hire of beach towels for both of us. We felt this was over priced by comparison to other hotels we have stayed at. Usually we pay a refundable deposit of approximately €30 to €50 and we feel that this is acceptable and are more than happy to pay that.

Beautiful location about 10 minutes walk from Alghero town. Very close to the airport too. The staff were absolutely amazing. A special mention to AnnaMaria and Elisa who looked after us so so well down by the pool, at the bar and at lunch. The customer service we received from them was outstanding. They always had a friendly word for us and made our stay very special.

Breakfast selection wasn't very good. Once 9am came there was very little to choose from. Get down early for more options!

-Very clean! The hotel was very clean ( room, pool area, terasse, sunbeds, everything). -The staff very nice -The area around the pool is very nice . You have a small terrace where you can eat/drink - away from the sun. The pool very nice . And another terrace sea view . At all this you add 2 amazing jacuzzi with sea view. - you always find a spot to stay by the pool because people are not allowed to put the towel early in the morning and then not to show up all day! -location is perfect ( not far away from alghero, bus station, supermarket, beach restaurants ) We really enjoyed our stay with all the facilities that the hotel is offering

What is really a pitty is that the breakfast was so minimalist, and the coffee not so good. Otherwise we wouldn’t had anything to say

The room itself was a little outdated but that is normal for italy. I had a pool and sea view room, the view was amazing panoramic views of the sea and some of old town. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I even had an early flight out and they provided me with a breakfast box to go the night before which was a really nice and thoughtful touch.

Can't fault it, apart from the power point was far from the bed so had to get up to charge my phone.

Perfect location, great pool, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was terrible. The bacon was raw. I've never seen such uncooked bacon. And the quality of the breakfast items was poor. Also, we are a family of four but our teens would join us halfway through breakfast. Every single day the staff would grill us about how many we were. We were there five days. You'd think they would have gotten used to our routine. And we were surrounded by empty 4 top tables. It's not like they didn't have enough. Some mornings three staff members would come up to us and give us a speech about how we should only be sitting at a two top. Lastly the hot tubs were both cold. We asked if one could be heated and they told us no. The hot tubs were barely used bc they were the same temperature as the pool. What's the point?

The location of the hotel is very good because the city center and beaches are nearby. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast were great and local. The pool area is also very nice.

Upon arrival we were told we didn't reserve a parking spot so we had to find one (which is not that easy) in the back street. It may be our mistake, but I am pretty sure Booking didn't offer the option for parking reservation and the hotel didn't reach out to us about it. We didn't reach out to them earlier because it is stated on Booking that we have a parking spot. The room was cleaned but could have been cleaned better.

The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding customer service; every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

We had a Seaview/pool view room. Such a lovely outlook. The room was comfortable. The young man on reception was lovely. He explained everything on checking in and so welcoming. He also went out of his way to assist us with our transportation issues. He’s a gem. The breakfast staff we didn’t find as friendly. They were very particular where we sat. You basically were told where you could sit. Breakfast was quite adequate. The pool area is good and you can always find a sun lounge. The pool area was very well maintained and spotlessly cleaned by the pool staff. They happily stored our luggage on check out and have bathroom and shower facilities for use if required.

I would have loved a kettle in the room for tea in the early morning. The breakfast staff weren’t great and were mainly concerned with customers who have the dinner included. The scrambled eggs were always well overcooked and did not look at all appealing
