Great location, close to everything. The town beach across the road, only a few steps away.The beautiful Maria Pia beach is a ten-minute walk away.The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and big supermarcet is just around the corner.The hotel is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.I didn't use the pool, but I saw that it is cleaned every day and there are always enough free sunbeds around the pool.Breakfast is average. Not a big selection, but enough to start the day. You have to wait a little longer for the coffee because the machine is slow and that might need to be fixed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The receptionist, Modena, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming — she made the check-in process smooth and made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and relaxing. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The manager, Cesare, was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with recommendations or assisting with special requests, he was always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a friendly environment. I will definitely be coming back!

The personal was really helpful and at the reception all were really professional and really helpful and nice all of them I don’t Remeber their names but all of them who worked there from the 13/07/2025 till the 18/07/2025 like Roselle and the other and great team and general manager at the rexeti hope to see them next time there when.

The beds for the family rooms could be more comfortable and up to date . Also the kitchen could use an upgrade at least maybe an oven and new things like plate and so it was not bad but could need improvements about

Location was amazing, just a 15min walk to old city center with lots of great restaurants and beautiful streets, buildings ;) Breakfast was very nice, fresh croissants and fruits an unexpected benefit. Hotel was in good condition, everything was clean and stuff was very helpful and kind.

The beds were a little softer than we are used to but that is a matter of preference.

Breakfast room was lovely. Staff very friendly. Hot food was disappointing. The eggs were terrible every day. The juices were so sweet they were undrinkable. Pasteries were very good. Coffee machine needs to be upgraded. I only drink tea so wanted hot water was all I needed but coffee came out of the hot water function.

Some of the sunbed loungers around the pool were broken & only 2 umbrellas worked. The sunbeds part of the hotel in front of the hotel were meant to be a discounted price but were the same as other beds on the beach. If they were free or maybe €5 per bed it would be a great perk. The elevator was broken every day.

Location. We had 1 bedroom apartment overlooking/facing sea. It was a very good size & and very well maintained. I loved sitting on balcony in evening sun. We had a 2 ring hob & fridge in apartment which were handy for breakfast & lunch. Very high standards of cleaning.

As we were self catering kettle & toaster in kitchen would have been nice. Sunbeds on beach were a little expensive but area was well maintained, and it was so handy to go out front of hotel to beach.

Perfectly located front line. Small pool but ok. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice -and responsive. Seaview rooms are nice and you can sea a beautiful sunset but it is loud from the street till early morning hours. The private area of the beach is a plus, although not included in the room price.

The lobby toilet is so dirty that you cannot imagine. Much worse that the worst public toilet. Bottles of water in the rooms would be appreciated.

Location was fantastic hotel was clean. The old man doing the sun beds a gent and his little dog living the best life. Staff in beach bar all very nice. Coffee in beach bar top coffee.

One or two of the staff were not very nice others were very helpful. One woman on reception was like she was having a bad day even day. Hotel sun beds on beach bit of a scam 20 euro for 2 and an umbrella no deals for staying at hotel in all the money you are giving them we did ask. Nowhere to lock up your cases on day you are leaving they are left beside reception desk or nowhere to have a wash before you leave for airport i asked and was told to use outside shower at pool and not to use shampoo. 3 nights we had no hot water to shower i was told I was only person to say this.

Location is fantastic and great value, reception staff are all lovely and helpful ,beach is across the road you can easily walk up to the old town , everything is accessible from the Hotel location wise.

Breakfast and breakfast staff are the only thing that let the Hotel down , you would be better to go across the road or up to the town but it wouldn't put me off going back- don't pay for the breakfast,then if you really want to one morning do that instead of paying for it every day,then you'll get an idea !

Location wonderful. Staff very kind and helpful. Property very clean and comfortable. Short drive to and from the airport.

Breakfast not good if hot meal is required . Very limited and dry scrambled eggs only with small frankfurters and streaky bacon. Stick to the continental options as fruit and bread rolls very good.
