Easy free parking, new secure building with lift, close to beaches, spacious modern apartment, bright and clean throughout, new furniture, very nice bedroom and comfortable bed, big long terrace, pleasant bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Complementary ground coffee, sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar and 2 sun umbrellas were provided. Communication with the host was fine, English speaking and friendly lady.

The old city is about 30 minutes walk away, no shops nearby. Mosquitoes but no fly screens provided. Some traffic noise and sirens as it is close to an emergency hospital. The common laundry is in the basement. No internet offered. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice. We didn’t use the terrace as there were mosquitoes and no balcony furniture.

A microwave would be amazing to fit in the property. Changing the towels on day 3-4 and some cleaning would have been amazing. The wifi is very bad. I recommend to take a SIM card that works in Italy with you.

Wonderful accommodation! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach! The only small downside for me was the mattress being a bit too soft, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place near the sea. We’d love to come back!

Everything was as expected based on pictures. Tina is very friendly person always trying to help. The appartment itself was clean and cozy. The air condition works like charm. There is also small kitchen available which might by helpfull for some.

The only glitch I've noticed was the WiFi connection. The wifi connection is really not good at all. Even planning some trips with google maps might be nightmare :)

We had the 2 bedroom apartment (nice, with all the facilities). Just be very careful when you book the apartment, it can accommodate maximum 5 guests (kids included) as it is a 50 square meters apartment, so there is no space for more if you are traveling as a group of friends. I did not read this when making the reservation. Tania is such a nice lady, and was there for us.

It is close to Alghero beach but actually outside the old city center, 30 minutes walking distance, for us this was an inconvenient as we spend most of our time in the city center.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice balcony in shadow, clean apartment. One day we will come back for sure.

In that area there are more places with similar names, so just be sure to put the right street on google maps. I would appreciate it if the kitchen had better equipment, such as a sharp knife, a cutting board, small bowls, and a small table on the balcony.

Location quite good. Nice clean room. You have all kitchen facilities and even coffee machine. Quiet area around. Local market every Wednesday right near the building.

A few extra garbage bags and dishwashing tablets will be helpful. When you stay for a week, one tablet and one bag is not enough

Location is perfect. CONAD is close and I recommend to visit restaurant LIDO. The apartment was clean, light and looks very good. Manager Tina meets us and she was very friendly. She also guide me with good places on the island. Also no problem with a parking near the hotel, it’s safe and close.

The apartment was in quiet part of town that was an easy walk to the main centre. The balcony overlooked the sea and was perfect to sit at the outdoor table every morning and have breakfast.

The dishwasher hadn't been unpacked. It was clean but I had to unpack it.

Tina is wonderful, she is the person who will check you in. Tina really helps you feel like your holiday has just started, she is friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English, also she made the effort to come in the middle of the night to check us in because our flight was late. The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need and is really close to the beach, waterfront, restaurants etc
