The property is beautiful, not far from city center and the beach. We had a car so everything was few minutes away. Parking is available on the street. The communication was very smooth, and the rooms are spacious enough, with comfortable beds, big bathrooms, very clean. There is a mini fridge with refreshments and an AC in each room. There are stairs (our room was on the first floor), so if with heavy luggage it can be tricky but the nice person in charge helped us out. He also helped us in finding good restaurants, shopping area…

Absolutely amazing stay! The breakfast was fantastic, the room was cleaned every single day, and the hosts were incredibly kind. On our last day they even let our friend take a shower hours after checkout and gave her a clean towel. When we locked ourselves out, David came to help and solved everything. They also lent us a beach umbrella and gave great tips on where to eat and what to do. Truly wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Breafast set for 8:30am was a little late for me as I get up early, but Davide immediately proposed 8am which was better. Excellent value breakfast - fresh yoghurt, fruit juice, a hot sandwich (croque-monsieur?) and 4 slices of toast with butter and jam plus a double coffee. Who offers more?

It is a long walk to the town centre: 2,5km. I tried a shortcut walking through the built up residential area, which is disconcerting shall we say. Walking along the coast is the long way round but the most pleasant. Davide also gave good advice for restaurants.

The room is very clean and the bed was realy comfortable! It is located pretty close to the beach walking distance ! Great location close to beach and airport. We had a hire car so getting to Alghero centre was also easy. Those without car might want to stay closer to centre. Host was very welcoming. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast was fine. We got parking across the road where there is a little cul de sac leading to a park with plenty of spaces. We had three rooms in total, couple, single and family (couple with toddler). Great value and we would stay there again.

The host was exceptional he was really welcoming and very thoughtful. He had great tips on what to explore in the local area as well as tips on where to eat. A family run business with a clean and comfortable place to stay in very close to Algheros city beach under ten minutes walking. I would highly recommend staying here for value and cleanliness and access to the city and beaches. I will definitely return and thanks for an amazing stay.

Davide was the perfect host, he owns this beautiful villa and does everything to make his guests feel at home. Upon check in he gave me a map of Alghero and shared a few tips on some good restaurants nearby. I actually visited one of his recommended ones and it was wonderful. The location is near the beach promenade and there is a possibility to rent a bike for 10 euros per day which I also enjoyed very much. During breakfast, Davide prepares you coffee to your liking, makes you a cheese and ham toast, and if you have a sweet tooth there is a lot of choice (juices, croissants, traditional Sardinian desserts). My room was spacious, very clean and with a big terrace, away from the road. There is a minibar with everything you need at affordable prices. An really enjoyable experience!

The host Davide is very helpful and kind. Location is very good, easily accessible from main roads, there is sufficient free public parking across the street. Alghero center is also close and easy to reach. Beaches too, either those in Alghero itself by foot, or many others in the surroundings with car, bus or bike. The whole place is very nicely decorated, and we were lucky to get a big nice room at the top, with huge terrace, of course with armchairs:-)

Spacious and spotless room, good shower. The host was flexible chequing us in, the breakfast was good and coffe excellent. Beach at walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants. Very close to the airport and not far from Alghero town.

Room was facing a busy road and it could be a bit noisy but we sleep well and it wasn't a problem for us. The only thing I could point out is the position of the TV, but we were happy with the overall experience.

Davide was excellent. he communicated well and clearly, and was patient as my arrival time was later than the end of official check in time. he was waiting for me and helped me out. I am very grateful for that after the Long journey I'd had. The breakfast was solid and it was a convenient location. perfect for my needs.
