Good location about 20 minute walk to center of old town. There is also a public bus goes every 20 minutes costs €1.50 very close by. Nice pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas - opens 10-1 and 2-7 everyday with lifeguard. Beach across the road also where you can hire loungers/umbrellas. Well stocked supermarket on ground floor with bakery, bar, deli counter, coffee and ice cream. On site shaded parking available for 10 euro/day. Air conditioning very good in both living room and bedroom. Good value for money when compared with other accomodation in the area. Sheets and towels changed twice on our 9 day stay.

On arrival exterior of apartment looks dilapidated and in need of a good clean and freshen up. Actual apartment furnishings are quite dated and basic. Kitchen facilities very sparce and basic but all you need for simple breakfast/lunch is there. Balcony area had plastic furniture which is well past its best with an old broken/cracked clothes dryer also available. Bathroom ok with very small shower unit. Hot water always available. Overall accomodation was reasonably clean - 8 out of 10. Hallway, lift and stairs did not seem to be swept or cleaned regularly. Rubbish had to be brought down to carpark area - recycling options not very clear.

Very happy with our stay here. Good value, exactly what we were expecting, simple and clean apt. Air con worked great, pool was a lovely size. Reception staff were always helpful with queries. We were 2 adults and 2 teens in a one bed apt. Sofa bed was a single, with another single pull out bed underneath. Beautiful beach less than five mins away as well as another beautiful beach 1km away, easily walked on good paths. Despite being close to the airport we heard no noise from planes, and the bus from airport stopped five minutes walk away.

The road outside was noisy and if I stayed again, I would try to get a room at the back. It didn't impact much on us, but with younger children it might be an issue. Otherwise all great

The room was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and the small kitchen was adequate for our needs. We were given plenty of towels for our stay. The pool area was lovely, clean and spacious. We were on the evening flight home but we were able to use the pool area all day which was such a bonus. It also had a changing room with shower so we could change comfortably before we left and were able to store our luggage in the office after we had checked out. The lady from reception was so delightful and charming. The location is good it’s about a 15 min walk from Alghero old town and very close to the beach. There was a bus that went into town too but it wasn’t regular so we mostly walked.

The shower needed updating. It was a very small enclosure and had an odd curtain/door design. There was no full length mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom which wasn’t great. It was a shame the pool area didn’t open a little earlier in the morning. I thought 10.30am was a bit late.

great apartments, good location, very nice and polite woman at the reception, always ready to help and advise. The pool was cleaned in the morning, we recommend it for families with children.

Electrical outlets were not intended for an electric kettle, we went with it to the bedroom, since it could be turned on there, if we wanted to use the microwave that was on the refrigerator, we had to turn off the refrigerator. The beach is within walking distance, but with some kind of stinking algae, we recommend rent a car and dreving to beautiful beaches, which you will be told at the reception or a beach bus.

The location was perfect,very close to the beaches, above a cafe/supermarket had great choices of food and the croissants and baked goods were amazing. Kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook your own meals. Beds were comfy. Staff was amazing and responsive to any additional requests. We really enjoyed our time in Alghero. Has a pool (though we stayed on the beach all day)

The furniture was dated. Kitchen did not have any dish soap, had to use soap we brought with us. Bring your own soap/shampoo. Pool hours - would have been nice if the pool didn't close at 6:30pm but opened until 8pm or so.

The apartment was clean, a great size for our family (2 adults & a baby). We ordered a cot and it wasn't there when we arrived so I asked at the reception and got one brought up within 5 minutes. The staff were very good, helping any way they could. The pool is a great size and the complex is very close to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk. The kitchen had most things you need to cook simple meals, and a decent sized fridge and microwave.

Our room didn't have a toaster and I thought maybe need to put in an extractor fan above the hob.

Really liked the location, the pool was lovely, the girl in reception was so nice. I make two requests before arriving, the first to be near our friends and the other if we could check in early. Both were facilitated. I would defo stay here again.. a cork screw broke and we were given a brand new one the following day. I really liked that there was a book depository where you could leave books or get some.

Nothing. I was very happy with everything. The whole place is a bit old fashioned and probably needs a refurbishment but I was really happy with it.

Loved the size of the apartment. The pool was great so well kept. The lifeguards were very nice. Very close to the beach. Having the shop and bakery so close was a really great. Great that we could rent pool/beach towels. Twenty minutes walk to the old town which is absolutely gorgeous. You can book great boat trips there.

We stayed for ten days and our room was not cleaned. We had to request Fresh Towels after four days and they only left fresh sheets once. Had to go to reception to get basics such as toilet paper.

Reception staff were so helpful. We asked for a late check out which they facilitated until 6 p.m. at a very reasonable price. We had requested an upper floor facing the pool and this request was met also. Supermarket just under appartments was so handy, had everything there. Lovely quiet pool area with a fab pool. Lots of lovely restaurants in area and very close to the beach.. Very good value for money.

Lift was broken for most of the week, not a big deal for us .

Fantastic location directly across from the beach. Supermarket, pharmacy very nearby as well as gelateria, restaurants & bars. Pool area is lovely and relaxing and well maintained with on-duty lifeguard. Staff in reception are professional, welcoming , extremely friendly and courteous and were able to provide us with useful advice and tips. very convenient to old town and all amenities.

Checkout could be a little later in the morning i.e. 12.00pm instead of 10.00am 😉 Other than that there is very little to fault in these residences as they are well run by a very professional and dedicated team
