Really nice property with kind helpful staff and great location for heading into Alghero town! Room was cleaned to the highest of standard each day. The pool was quiet and never crowded, and a few short steps out the door and you were on the beach. Bus outside and supermarket only five minute walk.

Bed was a small bit uncomfortable and there was no table and chairs in the room.

Somehow it was a little bit stinky in the bathroom. Kind of a drain smell. But it was not a big problem, because there was a balcony from the bathroom too, so we could easily ventilate the room. Also, the water always flowed out from the shower. The door didn't close well.

The personnel was great: kind, smiley and helpful. The room was very clean: it was cleaned daily, and the towels and the bedsheets were changed every other day. However, if something was dirty, it was changed instantly no matter what. The hotel is in a 2–3-minute walking distance from the beach Lido, which is both a free beach, as well as equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. The distance from the city centre of Alghero is a 20-minute walk.

There was no clotheshorse to dry our towels/swimming suits. The steps heading to the swimming pool are rusty, which I consider dangerous. The breakfast was not included in the room rate and the cost was €15/person, which I consider expensive.

The hotel in a great location, it was clean maybe a little dated but the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee very good. The pool is very quiet, maybe a little road noise but generally we had it to ourselves. The beach is a two minute walk away with golden sands and shallow sea great for kids. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket ten minutes walk away. Overall we had a smashing time

Staff friendly. Rooms clean spacious, we had a balcony. Air con excellent which was needed as very hot. We didn't have breakfast but smelt lovely and was busy with other guests. Mini fridge so we could do shopping. Close to the beach less than 5 mins. The pool was clean and didn't get too busy. Lovely shower plenty of hot water. Didn't hear any of the neighbours from the rooms next door. Wifi good. Lots of local restaurants, we visit different ones each night.

Some of the chair around the pool had spilts in them so you had to be careful not to catch yourself in them.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good - close to the beach, many restaurants close by, the train station was not far away and it was a short walk to the historic centre. There was a good choice for breakfast, including options for people who are lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.

The plumbing needs updating - you had to leave the shower running for 5-10 mins to get hot water (so a waste of water) and there was only one flush option on the toilet, and it made a lot of noise (I could hear someone flushing the toilet in the next room). The bed was very uncomfortable - I received twin beds instead of the double bed I ordered, which did not bother me too much but the beds were hard and uncomfortable (it felt like metal springs poking through the mattress). I have no doubt they would have changed them had I complained but I chose not to say anything as I was only there for 3 nights. There were not enough plug sockets in the room - I had to disconnect the fridge to charge my phone. The only other plug socket was in the bathroom for the hairdrier.

Situated close to the beach. Nice, big room. Extensive breakfast buffet including omelet station. Very polite, kind staff.

The coffee from the self-service coffee station at the breakfast buffet is not good - request a coffee to be made for you by the barista at the coffee bar instead. Also, the sealing lip in our shower did not seal sufficiently, causing a puddle on the floor.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had a good size. The beach is very close, and there are also good restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is good for the price.

Two smaller downsides, the rooms do not provide a lot of noise dampening, meaning you can hear quite a lot from the rooms around you. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Mosquito nets in the windows would have been nice.

All of the staff, at the desk, at breakfast and cleaning were so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, basically on the beach and 20 minute walk to Alghero. We rented bikes for a day from the hotel which was great fun. The pool area was really nice and never felt too busy and holy moly the breakfast was AMAZING!

We liked everything! Might be worth noting that the rooms are equipped with TVs but are not soundproof. The room next to us played their TV quite loudly and we could hear it, especially during the night. We were able to ask them to turn it down and we believe reception would have been able to accommodate us easily if we had asked them.
