The food was amazing. We took a tour to learn about the dairy farm and cheese production. It was great to know what was being served was produced/ grown locally. The pool and property are beautiful and the working cats are fun to watch. We are so happy to have this experience of a different part of Sicily away from the cities. Note: If you are not confident in your driving consider other transportation. It was a challenging drive for us as we are not used to driving such narrow roads.

Make sure you bring bug spray. There are a lot of flies. The mattress and pillows in our room felt old and could use replacing.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Dafne and really enjoyed the friendly and helpful people there. The breakfast was good and we really loved the dinners we had. Fresh ingredients from their own farm and from local suppliers. Villa Dafne is right in the middle of it all with a whole bunch of historical, cultural, gastronomical and touristic spots to be reached in a good hour by car. Quiet and a wonderful setting with a lot of places to sit and enjoy the beautiful Sicilian landscape. We definitely will return!

This is a proper agriturismo where local produce is served at your table. Food is absolutely amazing. Fresh and very tasty especially the proper fresh Italian pasta and local meats. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet and relaxing. The tour to the farm is very nice. The view from the terraced and the pool are great. Staff are very welcoming and take care of the customers. I would greatly recommend this place and well done to the owners and staff of this place which make your experience complete.

We stayed in many hotels during our Sicily trip and this one was truly unforgettable. A beautiful farm setting overlooking rolling hills and farmland. The pool was outstanding. The charm of this hotel is the farm-to-table meal. Every part of that was memorable. Portions were oversized and price was reasonable. Everything was fresh and delicious as it all came from the farm. The tour of the cheese factory and the farm's history by one of the owners was magnificent. There isn't much around the farm to do, but it is a perfect place to unwind if you are between cities and want to experience something different. It was our last day in Sicily and could not have been more magical.

If it is a really hot day, the air conditioner might be a problem but the night was very cool. It isn't your fanciest room, but I wasn't expecting that, given we were going for a farm setting.

The location was amazing, set in beautiful rolling countryside. The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The food was superb and very fresh. We visited the farm, and I was really impressed by the focus on animal welfare and by the cheese production. It was wonderful to ferl part of the hotel community as a visitor.

The room was great, with a rustic charm ..but the shower was cold in the evening and very small (tho most showers in Italy seem yo be similar).

Fantastic setting and view, amazing swimming pool, super tasty local food and wine, staff went over the top to make you feel well cared for. Great place for relaxation

Just a suggestion, definitely not a complaint: The villa already has a tennis court and a kids playground (more for older kids). An easy addition to make the stay even better, would be a kids' corner with some toys and books.

Location was beautiful and relaxing. Staff very attentive.

Restaurant service was slow even though the staff seeming to working hard and moving quickly. Breakfast provided many good options, like sliced veal from the farm.

The staff were great, the facility exceptional. We participated in the cooking class which was much better than expected. We were up to our elbows in flour and riccota. The following morning we went to tour the farm. It was an informative tour where we learned about the intricacies of agritourism and actually running a self-sustaining farm. "Maverick" was a great tour guide and wonderful chef.

Everything was memorable. From the time we arrived until the time we left (which was about three days too soon), we were treated like family.

Some parts of the property could have more attention.. sun loungers by pool were not great, and rooms are basic but functional.

Great food and probably the best breakfast selection I've ever experienced. Fantastic meals at lunch and dinner too mainly using home grown ingredients.

This is a destination venue as most Sicilian tourist venues are at least an hour's drive away.
