Fantastic house in a rural and quiet town. Very clever closet with a small kitchenette inside. Liked that the rooms all come out on the porch. Table and chairs in front where breakfast was served. Kind and friendly host gave us a clothing rack to air our cycling clothes on.

Excellent location to explore the mountains and local towns. Very friendly welcome, they arranged a hiking map for us when we arrived, and excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend as a place to relax and explore the region. Excellent value for money. 5 minute drive to Amatrice for shops and restaurants.

The walls do allow noise through but the setting is very peaceful so unlikely to attract loud guests

The host was very helpful. The property is a little out of town and she gave us a lift back from a restaurant as we were on foot. She was very kind and everything was very professional.

The showers don't stay warm for long, and that's the only point of criticism.

Very nice, new build bungalows. Comfortable. The staff is really friendly. The breakfast can be chosen from a menu and one can avoid the typical super sweet breakfast. Amazing stay!

Not a lot I can add to the other reviews. After many nights in rooms where I was quite disappointed, this was finally a great room again. Shampoo in a tiny bottle, a shower rack, an absolutely clean shower. Soap from a soap dispenser... All the little things you come to miss on a vacation. It felt more like staying a night at home than being in a room where a different stranger sleeps every night. And on top of that a very nice host.

Always a warm welcome and spotlessly clean, breakfast served in your room after you select from a vast menu, host always ready to help😊

Our room was quiet and clean. Our host Francesca was gracious and helpful, offering us a good Recommendation for dinner in Amatrice. Breakfast was fresh and healthy.
