Hotel delle Rose is a well maintained hotel right next in the center of town. This is a very remote region of Umbria so it is amazing the hotel was as well equipped as it is. Breakfast is simple, lots of delicious pasteries, yogurt and cheese/meat selection.

Everything was wonderful! We travelled by bus from Rome and so if you are elderly or have difficulty navigating luggage on hills this will be a challenge for you since it is at the top of the town. There are a few escalators spread around the town to help with the hills though.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The location is ideal for our pilgrimage to St. Rita. It is practically just next to the Basilica. The buffet breakfast had plenty of selections. The staff were very helpful in facilitating our visit to Rocaporena, St. Rita’s hometown, for a very reasonable fee. The driver dropped us off and picked us up at our chosen time, which was great since the public bus service was only twice a day at 9:00am and 1:00pm. The staff at the reception were always cheerful in giving us the information we needed. They also arranged our ride “down to the bus stop” when we departed at 6:30am. For these, we are truly thankful!

There’s nothing we can complain about.

Great location right in town. The bar was great for drinks and snacks. The staff at the desk were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The parking was difficult. Not enough spots in the lot and difficult to get out of the lot as it’s on a steep hill with no where to turn around. The last night I had to park all the way at the bottom of the hill and walk up.

This is our second stay at this hotel and the experience was the same - excellent! We need to be in Cascia for my daughter’s summer camp and so this is a perfect location. Breakfast is simple but wonderful and so lovely to have a small market in the hotel for snacks/drinks. And of course, so nice to be next to the St. Rita church:)

Nothing, it was great!

The breakfast buffet was amazing it was just a little difficult to find. We had to ask a couple of times it would have been nice if somebody would have guarded us along the way instead of just pointing.

It was very difficult to find. It took us a while and then finally somebody had us follow them but we had no idea where to park. I think specific guided instructions on how to get to the exact location and where to park would be very helpful.

1) Restaurant 'Il Roseto' à la carte. The food was very good and ambience and staff were nice. 2) Breakfast was also rich and nice. 3) The location close to St. Rita's Sanctuary is absolutely perfect and allows you to make the most out of your time.

There was no air conditioning inside the room, but only an electric fan. Considering the temperature outside was very hot, that was not really comfortable.

Prime location, just next door to Sr Rita Basilica. Excellent breakfast that fills you up till the evening.

I adapt to everything but if you have elderly people with you the rooms (at least the one we were in) can feel cold for them when the outside temperature falls. For me it was just great. The lights in the rooms next to the beds should be less bright.

The wifi is a bit week and didn't reach our room, other than that it was perfect

Very peaceful place, despite being busy with pilgrims. The staffs are kind and helpful! The buffet exceeded my expectations

I didn't like my window view not directing towards the Basilica.

Everything went smoothly. There's a private parking area behind the hotel, breakfast has wide selection of food, there are two restaurants on the site - a la carte and one with touristic menu. There's a possibility of having lunch and dinner in the hotel. It is located just behind the Basilica of Saint Rita. The views from the hotel of the surrounding mountains are really beautiful. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming.
