The location was superb - right in the center of Norcia and easy to get to as well as easy to access everything else in town. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room (and warm as well, which was appreciated on the cold rainy day I was there). Excellent breakfast in the morning in the attached cafe. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

I was sorry the restaurant was closed while I was there. the neighbours in other rooms decided to have a party late in the evening and into the morning which unfortunately disrupted my sleep and kept me awake - as did the arriving food truck very early in the morning. Would take ear plugs next time.

very cozy and welcoming, close to everything since it’s a small town but still charming. Heating was working perfectly which is good because it was really cold. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. The owner also runs a café, so breakfast is there and they’re very generous, also a nice opportunity to meet locals.

Right in the center of Norcia, friendly staff, the room was very clean and pleasantly warm - it was around 0°C outside :) Temperature in the room is fully adjustable, nice and perfectly clean bathroom

Everything was perfect, just be aware that the reception of the hotel is at the bar gelateria in Via Guglielmo Marconi 4, so if you are looking for the classic hotel entrance you might get a little confused!

The hosts were very kind. The room was essential but clean and confortable in any aspect. Norcia is outstanding although still recovering from the 2016 earthquake.

Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. Bar below is part of the property. Nice outdoor place to stop for a coffee or beer. Also had ice cream.

Very central location, clean and fresh room. Nice bathroom and good shower. Breakfast served in the attached cafe below. Norcia is a very friendly place, keen to see tourists while rebuilding after the 2016 earthquakes.

Functional room with good bed, small but functional bathroom. Room of ok size, parking for free on the plaza. Breakfast at the cafe below. Good heating.

Situated right in the middle of Norcia, we had a warm welcome and our bikes were stored in a garage. The room was comfortable, great shower, comfortable bed. WiFi was good. Breakfast was generous and a second coffee thrown in.

The hospitality of Mauro (the one who you've contact with) and the location which is very nice when you want to visit Sibillini.

The man at the bar who didn't appreciate that I don't speak Italian.
