On arrival the owner had homemade lemonade and apple cake waiting for us. Our room was beautiful with a fantastic terrace in front and rocking chairs. Absolutely stunning location and views over Capri. Breakfast was served outside on the amazing terrace overlooking the sea and hills. Plenty choice for breakfast, couldn't eat everything but gave it a go! So much delicious food, amazing! Exceptionally helpful and friendly owner. There is an easier way to get into town by using the stairs, which is much quicker than taking the winding path. Half the time by stairs to and from Anacapri town/ Il Grappolo,

Fantastic place, very friendly owners, amazing view from the terrace, tasteful breakfast with home made cakes. The BB is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Anacapri, reachable on foot without a single stair on the way. Very pleasant walk. Thanks to its location the place is very quite, ideal to relax while watching sunset and the islands of Ischia and Procida in the horizon. There is a footpath up to Monte Solaro close to the house, one can also walk to Belvedere di Migliara or to the lighthouse Faro di Punta Carena.

The host was just lovely, we felt like at home. Amazing view, best spot for sunsets. Also breakfast... Fresh from garden fruits.. my partner is gluten intolerant, so they made sure to provide for him. Honestly loved everything about this place.

Taxi won't take you to the place, so we needed to walk from Anacapri centre. It's a 10-15min walk, but we had 2 big luggages, so it was a bit complicated.

Amazing reception by the host with great tips to enjoy the island! Great view to Anacapri and walking distance to the center. Farm House with nice cosy rooms. Best way to arrive is by bus/taxi and walk 1km but you get directions from the host. We suggest renting a scooter to move around.

Very quiet beautiful location with views of Anacapri...fantastic sunsets!(yes you have to pay for the views by having to go up the stairs) Great host who accomodated us with anything we needed. Very good italian breakfast provided! You cannot go wrong booking this accomodation unless you cannot do sairs

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, with a beautiful terrace and an amazing view (especially at sunset and sunrise). The owner, Maria, is very kind and a wonderful person, although she doesn’t speak English.

The fact that it was a 15 mins walk on a hill!!! Climbing the hill with suitcase was so difficult but it was beautiful when we got up there

The view is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous too. Lots of flowers. The host is a very sweet little Italian woman. She had cake and juice ready for us when we arrived.

my husband and I are active healthy adults. Just know that there is about a .5 mile walk to get to the place. The street is too narrow for cars. It’s a pleasant walk but a fairly long walk with luggage.

Everything! and the owner of the B&B was absolutely lovely. if you choose this B&B you have to go to il faro di punta carena. It's the closest beach.

the towels in the bathroom on the third day of our stay had some stains and we asked them to change them.

The best view ever, overlooking Ischia and Procida islands in the Naples gulf! Breakfast on the terrace, wide room with bathroom and everything you need. The host is very kind and helpful. The place is peaceful, immersed in lemon trees and vine trees and 10 min walk from Anacapri centre.
