We cannot imagine better hosts than Alana and Joe or a more comfortable place to stay. Our suite was lovely and very well equipped, with ample storage space and a terrace with a beautiful view . Breakfasts were lavish, there were 2 honor bars, and we enjoyed dinners on site. On a rainy cold day, we, along with one of the house cats, spent a very pleasant afternoon in the lovely great room in front of a wood fire, following a trip to not-to-be-missed Anagni cathedral. (Note: Joe offers taxi service in and out of Anagni, as well as site-seeing tours in the surrounding region.) The Casale has lovely outdoor sitting areas as well, overlooking an olive orchard and, in the distance, hills and the city of Anagni. Many thanks to Joe for his help with our damaged rental car-- that service was truly above and beyond. We hope to return again soon!

Casale San Pietro is a beautiful relaxing property amongst olive groves, made more special by its owners, Alana and Joe, who take very good care of you. We stayed 4 nights - wished we could have stayed a week, as there is lots to see and do in the area. The reception areas are gorgeous and full of charm and character. Our room (off the terrace) was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner (we chose to eat there every night) were delicious, relaxed and companionable. Joe will help you organise your itineraries. We had our own car and went out daily but other guests had come to “stay” and enjoy the property, with occasional tours with Joe. And then there’s Bailey ❤️❤️ All in all, we loved our time at Casale San Pietro.

Amazing place, very stylish, delicious food, nice pool area with comfortable daybeds, cozy room (extra comfortable bed) and public areas and i could go on.. But the greatest strength of Casale San Pietro are the owners, Alana and Joe. Alana, thank you for such a warm welcome, I felt like home! Joe, I cannot express how thankful I am to you for your company and sharing your wisdom with me! I’m feeling blessed that I’ve stayed at Casale San Pietro.

we had the most incredible stay at Casale San Pietro, so good that we booked our next trip whilst we were there. everything about this place is just incredible, it’s like a home away from home with the luxury hotel feel that’s just perfect. Alana and Joe (and Bailey of course) are the most incredible hosts and we’re a joy to be around. The facilities were fantastic and gave us a chance to relax and come and go as we please. The food was delicious and we could even book onto the evening meals last minute which helped us out a lot, and the views whilst eating our meals at the Casale made it even more extraordinary. the whole experience was authentic Italian which is just what we were looking for and we cannot wait to return.

Wonderful hidden gem in the hills of Lazio, only an hour outside Rome. I stayed for a night before flying out of FCO in the morning and I'm so happy I found Casale San Pietro instead of staying the evening at a mediocre airport hotel.The owners (and staff) could not have been nicer and the property is absolutely gorgeous, set amongst olive and fruit orchards. They serve dinner on their terrace in the evening and even make their own after dinner digestifs in house, which they distill from the property's fruit! Try the laurel (aka bay leaf), it's absolutely delicious. Will certainly be back next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Casale San Pietro is an absolute gem. The charming ambiance and warm hospitality of the hosts was beyond expectations. We had an amazing time!

We spent two nights here on our honeymoon and it was way over our expectations and everything was amazing. Its a beautiful house and all facilities are more than great. The food was excellent and the owners are amazing. You can really feel that they put their hearts and souls into the place. We didn't leave the property the whole time while staying there, it is just the perfect place to relax. The only thing bad about the experience was leaving! I really hope we will have the opportunity to go there again.

Absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t do this place justice! The hospitality and welcoming atmosphere from the owners can’t be described, have to experience it. The food is so delicious, making the whole stay perfect. The place to stay!!

Nothing to not like about this place!!!

We travel extensively and stayed at very nice hotels and resorts but hardly found anything close to such attention to details and maintenance at Casale San Pietro. Any demanding traveler will remain really impressed by Joe and Alana who’ll welcome you very warmly and smartly show you around all the services at their marvelous facility. Fully equipped bars by the pool and the library, a fantastic view from the room and the terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and home made products at dinner, great traditions and taste. Not to mention my strange request for which I was provided with a kärcher to clean our motorcycles. “10 e lode is our score”, fully deserved and our future travel plans in central Italy will consider exclusively!

Our GPS wasn’t that useful but eventually not too difficult to find it as it can be reached from various sides. We made it there with our Harleys as on a vacation tour but could consider in future a navette from the airport that the hotel staff is happy to arrange.
