Our stay was more than perfect. The place is perfect for couples, has a wonderful view and was very clean. It is also a good location to visit Rome (45 min by car to metro station outside ZTL), but with the calmness outside of the city in the mountains. Silvia is an amazing host and very sweet; she helped us where needed and made delicious breakfast for us. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this place. What's not to like about this place? We stayed for two nights and on the first night we saw the full moon through a telescope that the owner very kindly set up for us and on our second night we watched some fireworks light up the sky!! What more can you want? Silvia is the perfect host, she prepared a healthy and abundant breakfast on both mornings with her own homemade jams and tarts! She very kindly organised to pick us up after we walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and she provided us with lots of ideas for places to visit in the area! It was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay and the view is magnificent, especially when you are lying in the pool watching the sun set in the distance!

Silvia is amazing, charming and helpful, family-oriented and professional. Silvia Casa overlooks a lovely landscape and is equipped with outdoor jacuzzi. a tile/marble floor, mini-bar with chocolate and soft drinks was wating for us. Silvia's homemade breakfast is indulgent and delicious.

Everything was perfect - the host Silvia, self-made various breakfast, amazing country-side views and vibes. Perfect place for relaxing.

By far the best B&B we have ever stayed at. A fantastic location with a beautiful pool and view. Silvia’s hospitality made our holiday unforgettable. We surely are going to miss her delicious breakfast!

Silvia had our breakfast in the morning for our request 🙂 we sat with us in the morning and we had the greatest breakfast in the the greatest view

Be aware of the small road .. you cant get there without a car and a good driver special in night time

Exceptional location, stunning views from a very private 0 / extra building with s lovely little pool. Very clean and comfy. And the most welcoming and helpful hosts you can imagine. A great place and exceptional experience, great to explore the area.

"Thoughtful" and "with utmost care" are words to describe Casa di Silvia and the way Silvia runs her exquiste B&B. The room was prepared for us down to the smallest detail with thoughtful and personal little surprises to make our stay as convenient as possible. For example, home-made soap was offered in the bathroom and the extensive breakfast offered a wide variety of home-made sweet and savory treats. Silvia was there to tell us about the surroundings, advise us where to go, help us with bookings for restaurants or just for some small talk. With the room you have your own private area with terrace and lovely pool. The amazing view from the room and terrace were unforgettable. There was nothing else we could have wished for during our stay! The B&B is situated quite remote up the mountain, so a car is a necessity to get to the location and the wonderful views. Thank you Silvia for our amazing stay! We would be very happy to come back soon :)

Our stay was wonderful! Silvia is very hospitable - thank you so much! We enjoyed an amazing panoramic sunset with an aperitivo (Silvia gave us some wine and snacks) and a brief swim in the pool (the water is not too warm in this period but doable). Silvia was kind to give us some restaurant recommendations for dinner in the area and some cute cities to visit (Sermoneta was a great recommendation!) . The room was very cosy and the breakfast was lovely! The area is very calm and serene - perfect for those looking to get away from city life :)
