This is a beautiful spa hotel in an amazing area of mountain beauty. We enjoyed the spa, with unusual activities such as Tibetan bell relaxation session and the indoor/outdoor pool. Lots of comfortable areas to read and relax. We also took the cable car up the mountain for some stunning hiking, and cycled round a nearby lake. We had our own bikes - the free ones to borrow are not great but the bike shop next door has v reasonable rates. Fabulous food in the half board offering, with a selection of choices including healthy options available

Our only criticism was the embarrassment that though we had asked for the drinks bill on each night to go to alternate rooms and had tried to make this clear to waiting staff, the whole bar bill went to our friends, much to our embarrassment - as we checked out at separate times this was not clear for some time. Just a communication issue- otherwise staff service was excellent and very friendly and welcoming.

The staff is SUPER friendly, the entire place has a nice feel and is nicely designed. The garden suite was very spacious. Food was DELICIOUS! it was nice to be able and charge our EV during our stay.

the jacuzzi of our suite could've been warmer, the ceiling right in the entrance area to our room, as well as I the shower area needs fixing. on our second night the bartender who managed the bar prior to dinner service had NO clue about their drinks on the menu. as there was also a language barrier, we eventually had to ask the restaurant chef for help. it would've been nice had the wellness area opened prior to 1:30pm
