The room was spacious, modern, well-equipped, and clean. The location was excellent. The view over the city from the balcony was stunning. The coffee and chocolates were much appreciated.

The check-in process was confusing. Online check-in is necessary unless you want to go to the sister hotel for traditional check-in. This was quickly resolved after telephoning the staff but perhaps the pre-arrival email could make the instructions clear beforehand.

Bed was Very comfortable. I like glass between bedroom and shower room - that's fantastic idea. Shower looks amazing. Large bathroom and nice panoramic view (from bedroom and bathroom) on mountains. There are some minuses but I could recommend this apartment! There are bathrobes and slippers. In conclusion I could say it's very comfortable apartment. A lot of nice details have been thought out!

As this is apartment I could tell small kitchen is missing there (at least microwave). After you book it you will get a poem of instructions. Couldn't tell it's easy to understand everything... Easiest way to understand everything is to visit Hi Hotel reception there they can give you all instructions... Bin is also missing on second floor.

Everything about this room is PURE PERFECTION. The 360 view of the entire old town of Trento is to die for. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. And the details like the slippers, the bathrobe, and the soap/lotion - the quality of it all was beyond 5 stars hotel. Wow! Would definitely stay here over and over again

Everything was so easy to organize, and the lovely breakfast that was brought straight to the room was simply amazing.

It was a bit too hot in the room during the stay, even tried turning off the heat but it kept pushing out hot air, the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t turn on so we really didn’t know what to do but open everything (windows).

The location in the historic centre is amazing. The building is very characterful and the apartments are very stylish. There is a nice lift to reach the aprI had booked both No1 and 2 as travelling with friends and there is a big variation in size and outlook between the two so make sure to book the one that suits your requirements). The apartments are owned and run by the nearby HiHotel - ( approx 7 minute walk) where there is paid parking. Check-in can be done remotely on your phone - it didn’t work for me initially but the HiHotel reception solved the issue.

Beautiful, unique and it had a nice elevator, which is a huge plus! The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very clean and modern. Staff is at the main hotel and they are very friendly. Also a nice breakfast.

The ease of use (entering without keys), the location, the quality of the installations. Very nice details, such as the lamps, the safe, the hygienic cover for the TV remote. Very great for the price, and very comfortable to use.

The presence of inappropriate pillows on the bed: large pillows with dark unwashable covers (see pictures: surely not washable at 60 or 90 as any bed linen should be) were placed directly on the top of the bed, which gave me allergy and some asthma. Also the scent in the room was very strong (too strong for me, I had to keep the window open) and temperature was set a bit too high (especially in view of the current regulations…). All easily correctable minor flaws!

Very spacious flat for 2 people with a nice terrace and air conditioning. Instructions to get into the place where very clear from the host.

Parking can be expensive if you leave it in the partner hotel, and difficult to find a parking space on the street.

Great apartment in a good spot, loved the jacuzzi. Great to walk in and air con was already on.

Check in procedure a little weird having to get a code. Only 2 coffee capsules, 4 would have been better. An ice cube try in the freezer section of fridge would be good.

So beautiful place!! With amazing view on mountains and city!!! Very clean and cozy and unbelievable atmosphere!!!! I recommend this amazing place for everyone!!!!

Maybe could be good to add some furniture for clothes on the second floor
