We had really nice apartment with comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, towels, dishwashing liquid and clothe. Actually the apartment was fully equipped. The apartment was silent, no noise from the street as windows were facing yard with a nice view on valley, mountains and river. It looks like all apartments are facing yard, not street, what is important as building was on the main road, but no traffic noise disturbed us. The great value was ski storage with boot dryers. Thanks to them each morning we had dry boots. There is also large enough free parking opposite side of the road. Cervinia ski resort 30 min driving.

The property is tastefully furnished and very clean. There is a laundry room and ski storage. The stuff is very welcoming and helpful. They took all efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

Our apartment was rather cold. We were explained that the heating switches on automatically when temperature falls below 21 degrees. However, while the reception desk level was very hot, our apartment (a floor below) remained cold. The water in the shower was very warm but not really hot. Although it's possible to take a shower, after skiing one needs a really hot one. In combination with the cold apartment, it made the stay less comfortable.

You could hear neighbors talking, sound isolation could be better, but during standard sleeping hours everyone was quiet

Clean rooms,comfortable beds,great continental breakfast and super coffee! Very quiet at night we slept very well! Easy free parking just across the road from the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and there were no negatives staying here,I would rebook in a heartbeat if I come back to Cervinia, I had a lovely relaxed stay and my companions enjoyed their stay also👍

Nice small apartment with everything you need. Clean and perfect for family. It also has separate place for skis, where you can heat your ski boots. Good location for various ski areas in Aosta valley.

Nice place to stay. Close to ski-area and other outdoors activities. Nice room with a lot of space. Nice view mountains. Host is very friendly.

I was searching for the garden, because I saw that on the pictures, but did no see it. Parking was a bit stressfull: no clear signs of the street where to park. Sometimes the cars are too close to each other...

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, parking lot in of the residence. The owners were very friendly and professional, we didn’t miss anything and enjoyed our stay very much

Close to chamois and valtourneche. Quadruple room was large with dining area and kitchen.

On main road but not an issue for me.

It's not the residence fault, but it's good to note that the ski bus schedule is every 2 hours in the morning and not really usable.

Very good breakfast, nice owners, close drive to the ski resorts, kitchen equipment.

The mattresses could be more comfortable and I liked the reading light above the beds. Wet in the bathroom. But nothing we could not survive!
