Great location, lovely views, really helpful staff. We had a nice room and bed was comfortable. Liked the reading room with the fire place. Love that it had a spa area.

The only thing was the smell in the spa area was not nice (smelly drains smell) and it could have also been made nicer with a few little touches like the candles being lit / some better lighting and having a supply of towels there for the sauna (you got one towel with robe and flip flops for the week). But really everything was still good.

Hotel has a terrace with a great view of the mountains, and many nice amenities, like the game room and the reading room. People working there were all very nice and helpful. SPA was definitely a plus, especially after a day of hiking the Alps. Room was a nice size and clean.

My room didn't have any view at all. Small windows overlooking the roads. SPA was unattended, so I couldn't get extra towels for example.

room! we had booked a suite duplex for 4 for having more place. Never book this room, ! 308 :no view, noise on the road every morning, no daylight, aso,,, we changed to a 3 person room which was nice 202 but NO water in the shower..

The room furniture are just OK, quite basic, and very far from a four star level. Wi-Fi in the room was almost inexistent.

I liked the location and the restaurant service (we had dinner there and it was super). The bar is also beautiful with a wonderful terrace!

the bed's mattresses were not so comfortable and I didn't aspect that in a 4 star hotel. When we arrived at 2 p.m. (they told us that we could check in after that time) our room wasnt' ready and we waited almost 1 hour to have the room.

Excellent hotel with very welcoming staff, an exception compared to others we encountered in Chamois. Stunning views, spa, massages and excellent breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and keen to help. The location was fantastic, we loved the views and the feel and the size of the room. We've booked to go again because we liked it so much!

Totally understand why the policy is as it is, but it would have been nice to have made a specific hour per day when kids were allowed in the hot tub - not exactly a deal breaker though!!

Beautiful village, great views from the window, good breakfast. Very quite, there are no cars in the village, you will hear only sounds of nature. Price is very budget comparing to other hotels. Strongly recommend!

No fridge in the room, but we askd receptionist to put our drinks in the fridge in the kitchen.

Great stay! Staff were helpful, and breakfast was delicious! The one night we had dinner there was average. The pasta was fine and the polenta was okay.

Dinner food could be better. Hotel room could use more places to put things, the bedside tables were small and couldn't fit much.
