the Room was lovely and large with wonderful clean fresh linens and towels. The breakfast had lots of choice and the hostess was very helpful.
The location was a little close to the motor way- with some little back ground noise- but being close to the motor way is also a good thing! The shower hose was rather loos e and leaking - but that may well have been caused by the previous guest- as everything else was very well maintained.

This is a beautiful B&B full of rustic charm. It was a little further out from the train station than we had expected, but the host very kindly picked us up, and then helped us organise and pick up a hire car for the weekend. She did not speak English, and we do no speak Italian, but she spoke excellent French so we had a language in common. The room was much larger than expected, with two floors and two double beds, plenty of seating, and two tv's. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was a delicious array of cakes. The location is 10 minutes walk from the town centre where there are some good restaurants, bakeries, the Aquino museum and a lovely ancient church. Such an accommodating and pleasant host, which really made our stay extra special.
A really small point, but as a Brit, it would also be nice to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

Antonella was a great host! The property is very pretty and well kept. We arrived late in the evening and have found the room already heated and all prepared. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We would stay here again!

Big and pleasant garden with a swing, very friendly and helpful owner, tasty breakfast (even if there are only sweets), the room was equiped with all that you need.
