This is a good hotel that is very accommodating with the staff speaking passable English. Beds are a bit hard but then I've found that to be the case in a lot of the Italian hotels. Everything worked including the A/C and it was clean. They let me park my motorcycle underneath the stairs next to the entrance. The restaurant is superb and the dining area huge, it encompasses indoor and outdoor. They host weddings here and it shows with the large number of tables they have. There is a wide variety of food and is excellant as is the wait staff.

The graffiti etched into the metal inside the elevator. A bit odd as I've not seen that in any of the hotels I've stayed in. It's probably because of the weddings they host that brings in all sorts of different people.

As our room was ready, the management let us access it nearly two hours before their advertised time. consequently we were able to have lunch in their restaurant, where a delicious chicken salad was prepared promptly. This enabled us to visit the Abbey of Monte Cassino that afternoon (they checked the opening and closing hours for us and gave us directions to get there. We had supper in the restaurant, where an innovative menu was available with delicious food and a very satisfactory house white wine by the carafe.

The only slight downside was the absence of a machine to get further coffee at breakfast without having to bother the staff, but they were very helpful and served excellent, hot cappuccini when asked.

Both breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Formally dressed waiting staff at both meals. Breakfast was included in our rate, dinner was excellent value for money. It was clear that the proprietors really care about satisfying their guests. We even had one of the owners in our room at 9 o'clock in the evening to fix a problem with our TV.

Maybe the reception staff should have badges to indicate which languages they speak. I struggled in English with one guy before discovering he spoke excellent German as we were checking out.

We liked how friendly the staff are. The food was lovely and the garden at the back of the hotel is beautiful. We had a lovely quiet room at the front of the hotel, which is set back a long way from the road so your cannot hear any road noise. The hotel is in a good position for an onward journey to other parts of the region.

We have stayed at your hotel quite a few times over the years. The restaurant meals are excellent along with the service Plenty of car parking too

As in previous years and correspondence (surveys), the breakfast is not very good. We feel that you do not offer a wide choice , some people would prefer a hot breakfast like eggs and bacon, but this has never been offered.

Rooms were spotless every day. The cleaners deserve a medal always very clean. Friendly staff, and fantastic food. Would highly recommend.

It's a shame there's no pool. I thought it had one but it was a beautiful water feature. My fault lol.

I had a three night stay here and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely facilities, nice food (breakfast & evening), lovely garden, great views of the hills from my balcony.

Very convenient looking location , extremely helpful Staff and perfect restaurant on site. Also lovely garden for us to wander around after a long drive and for our little dog who was as warmly welcomed as we were ourselves. We shall most definitely return to this wonderful hotel!

We arrived about 22:30 (10:30 PM) and yet were offered a specially prepared meal of "antipasti". The breakfast next day was plentiful and very tasty. The room was clean, spacious and pleasantly appointed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Easily accessible from autostrada and close to Montecassino.

Spotless property, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, great restaurant on site, really great value for money and a very pleasant surprise.

Not much. It’s on a somewhat busy road and I would consider this hotel as perhaps more suitable for a travel stop rather than a long holiday. The room decor is not modern but the furniture is in perfect shape and the room was spotless so this was not a minus.
