Easy check in instructions received and a very warm welcome from Alberto. Beautiful villa with well maintained gardens, room was very clean with comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge and large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. The room with view of the Abbey was not available but Alberto kindly let me use the balcony to take some photos (my father took part in the WW2 Battle of Monte Cassino in 1944 so I was on a special commemorative visit). Location of property is very good, about 15 min walk into Cassino centre and 1 min walk to the Commonwealth War Cemetery. I had the chance of a last minute tour of the Abbey on my checkout day and Alberto kindly held my luggage until I returned, now that is a perfect host... One thing to mention (although this did not ruin my stay) is the occasional noise from crowing peacocks and barking dogs... I would recommend B&B L'Eden and will stay again if I visit Cassino in the future. Grazie Mille Alberto!

The location was perfect for visiting the War Graves in Cassino. The room was excellent with beautiful bedding, bathroom and gardens.

The noise of the poor parrots squawking and sitting in a dirty cage with limited space made me sad.

Very beautiful building and garden. Perfect view. Very polite and cheerful staff. Tasty cupcakes.

Poor breakfast, just a couple of sweets, juice and espresso. Not cappuccino, nor decaffeinated. We were not informed about the beautiful garden that was behind the building. We saw it just before leave. The air-conditioning wasn't strong enough for the really warm night. The room needs some upgrades.

The property is beautiful. Beautiful views from windows and balconies. There are exotic birds on the property. Very relaxing. We stayed for one night. I would recommend to stay for longer and enjoy the garden.

Continental breakfast was pastry only. Very good, but we would prefer some sandwiches.

All the rooms are super clean and aesthetically beautiful, and it’s also located near the cassino train station, so the placement is fine and also the view and the surrounding are super pretty. The guy who is in charge here is very nice, polite, helping, understanding and outgoing. I highly recommend you this hotel, you’ll not regret it

Property was beautifully kept and the views from my balcony were stunning. The host Alberto was amazing and friendly. Location was perfect just a small walk from the town centre.

Alberto was a great host and very accomodating. I would stay there again for sure while visiting Monte Cassino. 3 adults in 1 room.

Maybe the mattress could be a little bit harder.

One of the gems of staying in Cassino was the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony , which made our stay even more worthwhile. It convinced us to come back next time for a longer visit just to enjoy the peacefulness.

Very nice house and located in convenient place on city of Cassino. Personel was very friendly and responded very fast every time.

In case you have heavy luggage this is better to book a room na ground floor.
