Lovely little hotel in town centre. Close to bars and restaurants and is a great base for exploring the Cassino area .Staff are very pleasant and speak good English if your Italian is poor , like mine. Breakfast was basic but delicious, continental, with toast, yogurt’s, fruit , cakes and pastries and nice tea and coffee are served .

There is a small amount of free parking bays opposite the hotel. These spaces are hard to secure and had to drive round the block for 30 minutes to get a space. The fridge in our room did not work correctly.

A good choice of food at breakfast. Fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, ham, cheese, eggs, croissants, cornflakes, bread (although only white bread, no wholemeal). The location was good and convenient, a nice walk from the station through town of about ten or fifteen minutes. No tea-making facilities but these were provided happily on request. Very kind and helpful staff and special thanks to Tony. Room spotlessly clean.

A firm mattress but pillows very uncomfortable.

We got two adjoining rooms as we needed three separate beds. The second room was designed with no door on the bathroom facilities. We had a very comfortable night's sleep. The person who greeted us and the ones in the morning were very friendly/positive. The shower was nice. The breakfast was abundant with pie, croissants, sandwich makings, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, boiled eggs etc Easy walk to/from the train station.

Perfect location, room layout was exactly what we needed for three adults-king bed for my husband and I with a separate room/bathroom for our guest. Lovely terrace, excellent shower, comfy bed, very good breakfast, everything looked recently renovated. Minutes from the Abbey.

Parking was a little complicated. We did reserve parking as was recommended and it is absolutely necessary as there is not a lot of parking in the area. We were eventually able to find the designated spot so no big deal.

Slightly unorganized about the car parking and we were told parking is not guaranteed (must be reserved). Which fortunately was not an issue this time, but gives me less confidence if choosing to book again without that clarity upfront. Otherwise a 10/10 experience and would stay here again easily.

Very clean and very friendly staff who will help alot. The room and facilities were spotless and very roomy. Location is great. View was great. Amazing breakfast. Would stay again

It is Italy so watch out because places close between 1 and 4. No one was there to let us in when we arrived and door was locked. Owner also didn't know that we paid through booking.com and tried to get us to pay there.

Great Location to train station and town,Walkable. Good size rooms. Hotel was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Restaurants and shops were within 2 blocks of hotel.

Dim lighting And not many sources for plugging your adapter/phone chargers.

The location close to the railway station 15 minute walk was superb and close to via Cortas where the bus to Monte Cassino monastery goes at 12.30. The night porter gave us a key to get in the main door so we could come and go as we please. Cafe Marconi opposite was great for popping into as well.

Hotel was very clean shower and bathroom facilities in our room were excellent with good air con staff friendly and helpful and hotel very central ten minutes from train station all round good hotel in great condition

Wonderful staff: friendly, welcoming and helpful. Catered for food intolerance. Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent central location. Large balcony with table and chairs.....great for taking the early morning sun before it became too hot.

Very flat pillows, one per person and only one spare in room, which didn't matter as I was a solo traveller. This was the only downside, but I'd seriously replace the pillows!
