the staff , facilities, restaurant were excellent. Very helpful understanding staff .All facilities were beautifully clean and well presented . The restaurant was very good with well cooked and. well presented food served by smartly dressed attentive young man

The hotel literature on display and website said they operated a FREE shuttle service . we had to pay 30 euro to get to and from station by taxi . Only after showing the hotel their own website did they agree to free breakfast in recompense(12 euro,)

A little far out of town to get to restaurants in the evening without drinving. Personally we like to walk out to places after driving all day

Comfortable accomadation, good size, clean room. Dog friendly.

The room we booked was advertised as having a private entrance, this was not the case which was disappointing. Unsure if any of the rooms had a private entrance.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are all so smiley and helpful. A special mention to Angela, who arranged a taxi tour of the monastery and the military cemeteries when our pre booked tour was cancelled after we arrived in Italy. Thank you so much. She was excellent. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

Air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the suite

It’s clean and spacious. At the front of the property there is comfortable shaded seating area. There’s a water park next door and plenty of free parking. It’s set back from the road and quiet. It had tea/ coffee facilities in room.

The decor of the room was gaudy and cold and cheap looking. I think it was expensive for where and what it is. We didn’t have breakfast included but we only stayed one night.

Excellent helpful staff. Convenient location if you have a car.
