Good location just off the motorway but quiet. Large room, firm but comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast. Excellent staff especially the waiting staff. I stayed for four nights and used it as a base to see the monastery and war cemeteries and Caserta and Herculaneum and it was ideally situated for that purpose.

The restaurant was good quality and had a different set menu everyday but I think the food was slightly overpriced, especially the set menu, but as the room was very reasonably priced it wasn’t really an issue for me as a solo traveller, more an observation. The hotel obviously caters for large groups and business travellers and they may have different pricing arrangements but private travellers especially with family might find it a little expensive. There was enough variety across the a la carte menu for four or five days of dining but that’s probably sufficient as I doubt that many guests stay longer than three or four days. These are just observations and not criticisms as I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Previously stayed at this hotel when visiting Cassino and the Abbey so returned as familiar with location and accommodation. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Due to a mix up on my part we arrived a day early however this did not cause an issue and in addition we were also upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable as was the bed. We dined in the hotel, again staff were very helpful and also very patient whilst I was using my phone to translate the menu into English. There was a large selection of dishes available, my meals were delicious, well seasoned and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also very good. Free on site parking is also a bonus with plenty of available spaces.

There was nothing I did not like about the property, I will definitely stay there again when next visiting Cassino and would certainly recommend it to other travellers.

The grounds and facility are beautiful and really well maintained. Views of the mountains are spectacular. The room, bed and pillows were comfortable. They let us check in an hour and a half early, which we really appreciated. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious. The wait staff were superb -- friendly and attentive. We went to Cassino specifically to see the Abbey, which was about a 20-minute drive from the hotel because the road to the Abbey is really curvy. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which is good because Cassino Centro was crazy crowded and driving/parking was not fun. We were happy to park in a spacious, free lot at the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

We walked in and I smiled at a man at the front desk. He ignored me, stood up, went to the end of the front desk and did something on his phone. I waited several minutes for his colleague, a woman, to finish her phone call with a client. She was helpful. I asked if they had a map to the Abbey and they did not. It would be helpful if they could provide street maps of the area. Not a great first impression but fortunately the experience improved greatly from there.

We thought this was a lovely hotel: traditional and even old-fashioned (in a good way): for instance the staff treated the guests with respect and clearly had been well-trained and were experienced in their profession. It was really refreshing actually. Very good buffet breakfast and good meals at the restaurant, and extremely good value for money overall (we paid under €100 B&B).

We liked everything about it. An oasis in a succession of apartments during our cycle-touring holiday through Italy. The pool was open during our stay but we didn’t use it.

Lovely spacious clean hotel set in beautiful well maintained gardens. Room was large, bed comfortable, and the facilities were nice. We thought the whole hotel was very well maintained, and it was being constantly being looked after by hard working staff.

The only thing to correct would be for the hotel to put sound barriers between the pool, garden area and the busy road and roundabout. Also to be able to order drinks and snacks to the pool/garden area consistently, one day this was a service and the next day not, maybe staff shortage?

Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom with usual amenities (have not tried the hairdrier though). Very good breakfast with variety of savoury and sweet choices (i’d only add some tomato/peppers/cucumber slices and more types of bread to make it perfect). Perfect location if you need quick access to motorway. Nice garden.

Gym is just a room with few equipment which may be ok but it has no air conditioning…

Lovely clean hotel with nice sized rooms and a very comfortable bed. Great outdoor space that is well kept. Fabulous breakfast and friendly staff. Good location for Cassino. We were a large family group ages from 9 months to 85 years, but everyone was catered for and really happy with this choice.

As said on earlier visit, the breakfast food was perfectly acceptable but unexciting. Did not use the pool which looked great. The ambience was great. The staff were outstandingly helpful.i We were following a family project as my husband's father was killed in WW2 before the battle of Monte Cassino, and we were pointed in right direction to get flowers for his grave.

The food was of a very high standard and the waiters were very attentive. For breakfast there was an extensive selection, we also enjoyed lunch and dinner. The pool area was really nice, pool a good size with sunbeds/chairs/tables and toilets/showers so we were able to use if after we had checked out.

There really was nothing that needed improvement. Two small elevators seemed inadequate but service was quick, so no problem.
