The hotel has a great location in the center of Arco. Very convenient for evening walks :) Due to such a central location, there may be difficulties with parking near the hotel, but the staff will organize free parking for you nearby, so no problems. The rooms are modern, comfortable, extremely clean. Super. Good, tasty and quite varied breakfasts. But the most important value is the incredible staff! This is the highest level of hospitality, friendliness and service. Every day of the stay was wonderful thanks to the people working at the reception and in the restaurant!

Great location very close to the center and Sarca river. Also in general good location if you want to go hiking. Free parking in Arco due to staying at this hotel. Absolutely delicious breakfast which surprised me with variety. But above all the best was staff of the hotel. Everybody was incredibly nice, helpful and reaching out to meet the needs. Definitely choosing On the Rock made my stay in Arco even more memorable. Thank you!

Great location in the pedestrian area. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with a view. Charming boulder room to practice in rainy weather. And I love the paintings in the hallway!

We had some issues controlling the air conditioning - but solved them by simply opening the window. Perhaps a bit small rooms but this is what you get in charming old buildings.

Hotel is located near the river, under the great rock, few steps from restaurants and cafeterias. Own parking, safe bike storage, garden with jacuzzi. Apartament was quiet and cosy, very clean, bed was very comfortable, wifi fast. Breakfasts were delicious, with tasty coffee and lots of options to choose from. Staff - very friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we are definetely stay there during our next visit in Arco :)

The hotel is great if you are coming for a climbing trip. It’s located walking distance from Massone and has a small gym together with Beastmaker 1000 where you can warm up. The parking at the hotel is small, but they offer free parking ticket that allows you to park anywhere in Arco. Breakfast is great. They have large variety of freshly squeezed juices and have options for lactose intolerant people. We also really liked sauna, which is located in the cave and has tea and fruits included. On top of that they have free jacuzzi outside. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back

We thought that sauna was expensive (60EUR for two people). There was no soap in the shower, so we had to use hand soap from the toilet.

It´s lovely town near garda lake. Not to crowded. Clean rooms, big enough. The staff was very nice. Also Anita and Christian are very kind. You could ask them anything. Thanks to the staff, because of them i will come back in the future to this hotel. Breakfast was 10/10 Some good restaurants in the area. Riva and limone are 10 to 25mins away from this town.

We loved everything about the hotel. The positioning in the town was great as very central with a free car park over the road. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the rooms were immaculate with a lovely comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast had such a great selection including hot and cold food with a nice little bar. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All my requests were accommodated and fulfilled relatively quickly. The location of the hotel is amazing.

The parking arrangement is kind of awkward. In order to park a car right next to the hotel, you need a relatively small car and it requires crossing the ZTL line (for a short turn), which can be very awkward when there are lots of locals and tourists around (which is most of the time). There IS the parking lot not far from the hotel (2 minutes walking distance), which we used for most of the stay, but if on-premises parking is important to you, be aware.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - at the bottom of the rocks below the castle, in the Arco old town with good restaurants and ice cream places nearby. The room was very well-designed for 4 people, comfortable and spacious, very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. But the two best things about it were the delicious breakfast (excellent choice, good quality food) and the staff, who were always very helpful. Arco is a few km away from the Garda lake, but less crowded and with great vibes.
