We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Arco. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our visit, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. While our room didn’t have a particularly special view, it was quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection to start the day. The location is great – just a short walk from the center of Arco, and easy to reach all the beautiful spots nearby. We felt very comfortable here and would happily come back. A great choice for a relaxing stay in the area.

The location is great, in the centre of the town few minutes drive from Riva del garda. The town is beautiful and feel secure at the night time. Very nice gelato next to the church in the middle of the town next few shops of the hotel. The breakfast is great, you can enjoy the breakfast at the hotel garden under the grapevine,

we are staying in the apartment room of the hotel. The only minus point is this room do not have elevator to the room, we have to take luggage to upper stair of room. It would be great if hotel staff offer help to bring luggage to the room.

Regarding the parking issue at the time of booking it says there is free parking. In practice, upon arrival, the reception offered parking options, but the options are limited in municipal parking until 8 am and then can be extended by another hour or two. This may be suitable if leaving early in the morning. There is free parking but 200 meters away.In the end we got an option from the hotel to park in an underground parking for 12 euros. But beyond what I mentioned, the hotel is very, very recommended!!!!!!!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location within Arco. Lovely staff, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! The location of the hotel allows for easy walks within town, and one of the routes to the castle (really fun for our whole family!) starts right at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff were so kind, and even gifted us a jar of local jam as we were checking out. We will definitely return to Arco and stay here again! Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Exceptionally friendly service at the reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness and aesthetics of the property. Location. Tasty breakfasts made with quality ingredients.

Noise from outside (city center). The pillows are too large — I recommend replacing one of them with a smaller one ;)

The location is perfect at the entrance to the main street of Arco. Free parking was easy to find. Breakfast is excellent and has abundant choice. We loved the little extras on Sunday

The towels have a strong chemical smell and also the bathroom develops a smell of sewage after use. This is masked by the cleaning staff with some strong perfume. When in the room one has to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the bad smell in check. The bathroom is closed by a sliding door with milky glass... Not a lot of privacy there.

Really nice for a weekend stay, Arco is a small and nice town near Lake Garda. With my family we really appreciated the very tasty breakfast. Our apartment was really big enough for 4 people, 2 couples.

Just one thing, the TV did not work properly, but we didn't mind as we spent most of our time outside. The waitress at breakfast was not very friendly, but maybe she was just having a bad day :)

The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary amenities. One step away from the heart of the city.Very friendly and helpful personnel, always welcoming us with a smile. It is surely a place to return to.

The pillows were a bit too hard.

1) Lady Receptionist, very helpfull, profesional and friendly woman. 2) Beds + pilows were comfortable 3) everything was clean 4) tasty food 5) super air conditioning

Small double room for me , but in the end it wasn't problem, it wasn't hot in the room when we switch off air conditining.

The room was spacious, well appointed and very quiet despite the central location. Hotel personnel were friendly and professional, and responded quickly to extra wishes we had as well as a maintenance issue.

Although we enjoyed the spacious and lovely room, the balcony was only furnished with two metal chairs, making it really a wasted space for us. Our plans to relax on the balcony while reading or enjoying a late glass of wine were not fulfilled. The hotel served a wonderful breakfast, but the breakfast room was not a comfortable space - more like a school cafeteria. It seemed out of place in the beautiful hotel.
