The pool area and common areas of the hotel were clean and well kept, we absolutely loved the greenery in the hotel area. Breakfast was quite simple, with not a lot of choices but we appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt. The coffee was delicious. We also tried the hotel restaurant on the first night and I had the best pasta I've ever had in my life. We received service with a smile and the staff was very efficient throughout our stay. The room had a fridge which was great as we had some snacks with us and there were some supermarkets within walking distance.

The breakfast included more sweet options than we expected and there was only one toaster that was always in use, especially when there were more guests at the same time. The room was a bit outdated, we also had some ants inside but we weren't too bothered about them as we were in the ground floor. The room only had one outlet, so we had to choose between watching the tv or charging our phones. The location was a bit hard to get to without transportation, we walked from Augusta. The room didn't have any water upon arrival which would've been nice, we were parched from all the walking. The gym closed for summer break so we didn't have a chance to try it out, unfortunately, this was not mentioned when we booked the stay.

The property was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful.

It was a little loud Monday night and also Thursday night. Nothing too bad- I did not say anything because it was only temporary. I was very happy!

Large green garden, amazing pool, delicious food, great pizza, nice rooms. Most of all, a big heart of generosity from the boss. Our car broke down and the owner gave us the hotel van for free to use during our holiday. Apart from that he also told one of his employees Mina to drive us around. He really saved our holiday and made even better. Thanks Mina for your kindness & patience. you are one of a kind.

The staff were so friendly on arrival and likewise next morning on departure. The restaurant was busy, full of atmosphere, with great food and again lovely staff.

The staff is so helpful we had 2 young kids with us... very kids and family friendly.. very comfortable and clean....but the best about this hotel is the quality of the food... highly recommend the restaurant 👌

The property was nice and clean. A bit out of the way for shopping. But we enjoyed the relaxation .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as a starting point for day trips. The hotel was very clean, the room big enough and spacious for our four-member family. The pizza at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Although the description of the hotel said that the pool was available, this was not the case. The pool was literally a construction site. Good thing there were no rainy days as this was the key reason we chose this hotel at all. The staff is friendly but no one speaks english or very, very bad so they could do something about it. We did not receive any spices (no oil, no vinegar and no salt) in the hotel restaurant for the salad. The floor in the room is cold as there are tiles, but no disposable slippers for use.
