Last minute reservation, great for a one night stay. Everything went super smooth, the staff was very helpful. Spotlessly clean.

Electricity shuts down as soon as you leave the room, so you can charge your phone etc. only when you are in your room and have an access card inserted. Definately not a deal breaker, just a thing to consider.

The room and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Very good value I received instructions for entry by WhatsApp

The breakfast was small and not very inspiring. Bread, ham, cheese and eggs would have been a good addition. There was no indication of the bed and breakfast outside the building.

It got pretty noisy one night. But I guess that kinda happens everywhere. There were no savory options for breakfast. That piece of info is included with the reservation, so make sure you are aware of that.

The arrival host was friendly, took payment. (The breakfast host was not so, maybe language barrier tho). The room was spotlessly clean. There was a gate with a key and a card system for entry via external steps. Free wifi. Free parking on the street. Well signposted easy to find, out of town in a small residential area. Breakfast was downstairs, coffee/teas, juices, cereals, yoghurts and packaged cakes/pastries. Bed was comfortable for 1 night. Nice area safe and secure.

The TV remote did not work so we left batteries out to let them know. There was no kettle or water or even cups in the room which was disappointing, as it is out of town it's difficult to get a water (so take own). I would recommend they at least add a bottle of water and paper cups to room as a minimum for guests. Rooms arent very sound proof, we could hear people talking normally in the next room until gone midnight and the main heavy external entrance door to the corridor slams shut so it was disturbing as people came and went, maybe a self closure would help reduce the slam.

The bed was really comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of Mount Etna - definitely a highlight of our stay.

The breakfast was disappointing - mostly just sweets and very limited options overall. The WiFi was weak and unreliable. It was also quite noisy; we could hear conversations from the hall and even from other rooms, which made it hard to relax. Also, the shower was super slippery and felt unsafe.
