Great food: breakfast, lunch, dinner and tapas! Drinks at the bar were good as well. The animation team really tried their best during the evening entertainment (all in Italian, but sometimes also English - thank you!). Great swimming pool and lovely beach.

The level of English of all staff was not that great - you would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Activities need to be planned via an App, which is just a website which most of the time doesn't work or shows no activities. Then you need to go back to the team which checks again, and then you can still go to the activity or they decided to cancel the activity for that day: why use an App then which doesn't work? Towel rental: you need to pay to rent towels?? (not just a desposit - also a rental fee)

The stay at Serenas Badesi was an incredible experience that I will definitely repeat. Everything was perfect, the amazing beach in a quiet place, all the infrastructures of the resort were impeccable, and the sympathy of all the personnel. Importantly, the food was really good, every day was different and they made an effort to show you typical plates from Sardengna. I hope to come back very soon!

The food was amasing, very tasty. Confortable and clean rooms, excelent service. Lot of activities, both for kids and adults.

Italian is a VERY dominant language here. The stuff speaks english but your kid will really struggle to find friends to play with with only english.

This was my second time going there and hopefully not the last. Rooms are clean, new facilities, everything is well maintained.

Réception was inexperienced, English is still a struggle :) How and Where had to be found out on our own. It’s a big facility, better orientation procedure must be implemented. All activities must be booked via an app, annoying to say the least. And last thing to improve, mattresses !! Rock hard! Very uncomfortable !

The food was not well thought out, there were a lot of flour products, and fruits were rarely of good quality. Mostly unripe. Sea food always has an unpleasant odor. Fish is rare. In general, if you don’t eat sweet starchy foods and don’t like meat. That is, there is nothing.

Beautiful rooms, amazing village, nice and clean. Amazing cleaning lady. Excellent animators. Reception helped in every way. Beach was great and clean. Drinks and alcoholic drinks tasted good! Dog special place. Very good sweet food :).

Expected Italian pasta, very dry without taste. Tables for the dinning were a mess always missing glasses or something else. 3 buses of older people arrived in the mid of our journey, since than it was impossible to find a table for dining. Very rood. We cleaned a table by ourselves and an old lady came even though we had food on the table and bags on the chair. Both a la carte restaurants were not our taste, very bad :(, however beautiful place.
