Very heartful reception, pool usage included, air conditioning, refrigerator in room (quiet one). The bed was comfy and other clients were whether quiet or the noise protection in house is very well done. Just one night on our way home spent there. The breakfast was ready in the fridge in the room as we arrived (croissant, toast bread, cheese and ham and some juice).

The water smells a little bit like sulphite, but for us, it does not matter. No fresh bread and no fruits for breakfast, if you expect some (actually we did not).

Good value for money. We stayed just one night during our trip through Italy. It was easy to find, closed to the highway, but in a rural area and therefore quiet. The owner was nice and helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Coffee machine available in each room with coffee.

The breakfast was very simple (pre-packed croissants, pack of cheese, ham and bread and juice). Plus points for good coffee. The swimming pool was out-of-service in September.

Conveniently located near the highway, easy to reach. Although the furniture and the place itself are rather old, they are really clean and everything is in place. Sergio was really nice and communicative, especially in English (which is rare in Italy😊). Breakfast consists of a few sandwiches, milk, tea, croissants and cake, left in the fridge for the guests, which is really convenient. Overall a very nice stay.

There was no toilet paper and the coffee machine seemed not to work properly, but I guess everything can be fixed.

The owner was extremely gentle and helpful, I liked the cozy bedroom, the provided electrical apparatus (microwave oven, grill, coffee machine, refrigerator filled with water, fruit juice and milk for breakfast).

The water for the bath and for the washtub smelled and I think was well water.

Its was wonderfull. Really nice rooms, everything clean and comfortable. The owner was really tender and respectful. Its very quiet place. Kitchen and breakfast propose us even more than we are expected. We are really reccomend this place.

We cant find where i can swith off the light near our bed in one room. Its was really funny.

The place is conveniently positioned near Mantova and has good access from the highway by car. The apartments were spacious and clean. The host was very friendly. Excellent place to stay for a family

A quiet part of the village and yet not far from the highway. Large garden pool. Pleasant host. USB by the bed.

The coffee maker ran sideways. It needed to be wiped after every cooking. There was a smell of a farm outside.

Amazing place for overstop, warm welcome from the owner. Spacy, very clean, brealfast prepared plus basics in the fridge for each room .. swimming pool was really big and kids enjoyed it❤️

This place is great at all...

Very nice breakfast ready for us. We could make the toasts ourselves which was nice. And in the refrigerator we could take water, juice etc. There was a pool in the backyard. Nice and calm area.
