Breakfast was basic and included: bread, coffee, croissant, sweet drink, milk delicacy, jam and chocolate. The location was convenient for us, not close to the city center, but at the same time it was a consideration for us since we had a rental car and it was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and felt that the place was safe. The owner of the apartment was charming and has a lot of knowledge about the area.

The owner of the house is a good man and takes care of the standard of the place, however, we were not allowed to use the kitchen except to make coffee. We were on a long trip and with the intention of doing laundry from time to time when we arrived, he said that the washing machine was not for the use of guests, but he would make an exception and allow us to do laundry.

We traveled from Milan to the far south of Italy, staying in many places — but this was the most welcoming and heartfelt experience of the entire trip. It’s not just a place to stay, but a home filled with kindness and care. The host welcomed us with sincere attention — asking if we were tired, if we needed anything. A simple yogurt offered on arrival may seem small, but in that moment, it meant everything. The house is beautiful and peaceful, every detail carefully thought out. We even met the two sweetest dogs, knowing how much we love animals — a personal and thoughtful touch. It’s hard to put into words, but this place made us feel truly at home. The best stay and the warmest host we’ve had throughout our entire trip in Italy. If we return to Bari, this is exactly where we’ll want to come back to!

Gorgeous large room with well appointed bathroom. Allessandro is a friendly helpful host with excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. Typical Italian breakfast of fresh croissants, juice & coffee. A little out of the old town which suited us with a rental car. Secure car parking. Easy access to the Centro storico by bus from near the property. Excellent stay.

It's a really nice quiet place with a surrounding garden where you can relax after sightseeing the whole day or have breakfast in the morning. It's a bit out of the way, but very well connected to the city center by bus. The room was excellent, it had everything we needed, as described in the photos. Alessandro was a great host, he welcomed us with bottles of cold water when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was abundant, they even ask you what croissant you'd like the next day. We left early for Matera and ours waited for us once we came back. If you're coming by car, they have a parking place. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a few nice days in Bari.

Alessandro is great: hospitable, kind, funny and professional. The accommodation is very clean and tidy and smells great. The beds are comfortable and the room is cool thanks to the air conditioning even in a heat wave. The breakfast is also great: fruit, yogurt, croissants, coffee... If you have a car it's a very good option because it has a place to park, if you don't have a car, you can get to the center in 20 minutes with the city bus. Thanks Alessandro!!!!

Location is good, near to the bus station which drives to the city. The customer was really friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommended

We had a lovely stay at B&B Amendola. Alessandro is a great host, very friendly, professional and helpful, and the room and accommodation was comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Is it around 45 minutes walk from the city centre but very easy and convenient to get a bus, and not expensive to get a cab

We really liked the stay in appartment. Mr. Alessandro is really welcoming and provides excellent service, he made our stay even better. The location is a bit far from the centre but there is a bus station 100m from app, that drives directly to the city center. Comfortable, clean accommodation with very good service.

Very atmospheric, nice room, the possibility of parking is an irreplaceable convenience, the service by the owner is great, I highly recommend it, especially to travelers with cars. Grate breakfast with delicious coffee
