I recently had the pleasure of staying at your villa, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback. Location :The villa's location right in front of the sea was simply breathtaking.Stunning ocean views was an unforgettable experience. Cleanliness: The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care is taken in ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests. Owner and Staff:The hospitality provided by the owner and staff was outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their local recommendations and assistance made our trip even more memorable. Overall, my experience at the villa was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Nothing for dislike

We booked this room because it is near the airport (a 10-minute drive) so my expectations of the surroundings were low. I was pleasantly surprised that it is across the street from the sea and there were lovely benches where you could sit and watch the waves roll in as well as people fishing off a jetty. Anna Maria recommended a great restaurant around the corner -- Al Paradiso -- where we had a delicious meal and one of the most attentive waiters we've met in Italy. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in since we arrived in Italy two weeks ago. Breakfast was included and served at Peccati di Gola across the street. We had a wonderful cappuccino and delicious cream-filled cornetto. They also provided coffee and a coffee maker in the room, which includes a mini kitchen with refrigerator. Well done. Highly recommend.

Be careful when you put the address in your GPS because there is a similar address in another part of Bari. I recommend asking them to text you the GPS location via WhatsApp. When I realized we were in the wrong place, they sent me the location and we were able to find it easily. Also, you may get stopped by a train on your way to the airport. It delayed us by 10 minutes but we left plenty early so it was no problem.

Elegant room, very comfortable bed, pool open from the early morning until the evening so you can have a swim when it’s dark if you want. Communication with the staff is easy and fast. Sea is really close by, and so are some really good restaurants and bars. The train station is around 10 minutes on foot so it’s really easy to move around the area and the cities close by. Very good place to enjoy the sun and relax.

- the owners are very friendly - very clean - a lot of restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance - the beach is right around the corner (but no sand, just rocks) - no loud noises at night (e.g from the street) - the train station is just a 10 minute walk away - short drive to the airport (15€ with a taxi) - clean and private pool for guests (cleaned every day) If you want to relax and enjoy the good weather at the pool this location is perfect

- breakfast at the bakery/gelateria on the other side of the street (one could choose one thing to eat e.g a croissant and one drink (coffee, orange juice,...)) - no wifi at the pool

Villa Grace is a lovely place to stay. There is a real sense of privacy while staying at the property. The pool, although small, was perfect for the 3 of us!

Having only one card for the room was limiting as you needed it to get through 3 sets of gates/doors, so if one was out the other one was limited on what they could do beyond the room, other than use the front door and leave your room vulnerable. Another suggestion is a better coffee machine. The choice available for coffee was poor. The breakfast across the road is fine, and the owner is lovely, but there is a very limited amount of space. I don't think it is consistent with the luxury of Villa Grace.

Very nice property and comfortable room. Located right off the water. Breakfast daily is across the street at a cafe. They supply vouchers for a cappuccino and pastry. One day the cafe was closed and the owner offered to bring breakfast to our room… very nice

Room cleaning was every 2 days and we were only given 1 bath towel and a hand towel.

The location - walking distance to local shops for daily provisions, and neighbourhood cafes/ restaurants. A few steps from the seafront. We hired a car for a few days, ...offstreet parking an asset. It was lovely and quiet, and extremely clean. The pool was small but proportionate. Our veranda was street facing offering a discrete view of local life. Taxi 9mins to Bari Airport, €16-18 , Taxi from City Centre (Centrale) €25. Host AnnaMaria deserves special mention, she was very pleasant from first communication prior to departure. No request was a bother, she booked our taxis as required, and had a forgotten item in the post before our flight home landed!

Random parking across the gate! Culprit usually collecting food from cafe, so never a real delay. Breakfast a little limited.

Villa Grace was a perfect spot for an overnight stay before an early morning flight the next day (less than 10 minutes from the airport). It is very well appointed and is right by the sea front with plenty of places to eat nearby. Annamaria kindly arranged a 5am taxi. A perfect spot for us which we would gladly use again.

Location. Near the airport. We stayed before an early flight home. The place is beautiful, the sea is nearby, cafes. Parking in the apartment yard. Breakfast in the cafe next door. Coffee and croissant. Open from 6 am !!!

I liked everything, it's a pity we stayed for a very short time.

Very new and spacious accommodation. Swimming pool.

Toilet door broken and stuck open for whole stay. Difficult to get accurate directions from train station.
