The Check in procedure was super easy and quick. The host was very helpful and also available all the time via Booking chat: answered every request/question very quickly. The room was clean and the location is a bit far from the centre but it has great bus connections so it wasn't a problem getting anywhere (main train station, beach, centre, etc). The breakfast was also really nice. We definitely recommend visiting Bari and staying at Tanzi Home! :)

It tends to get really hot in the room during the night - but if you don't have the problem sleeping with the air conditioning on (or turning it on occasionally at night), this is also managable.

the room was very clean and cozy. the bathroom was spacy so you could move around comfortably. apartment was new and tidy. also it has a small fridge-bar if anyone is hungry or thirsty. all and all very good.

the only thing that i didnt like is that when you shower the water changes sometimes on its own the temperature from cold to warm and vice versa. a small annoyance though.

Everything was as presented by the owner. The location is convenient and gives a taste of local ambience. The accommodation is great, clean and well maintained. The Peach room has a great terrace. Dolce vita breakfast 😉 And last, but not least, the owner Gaetano was very professional, kind and helpful 👌

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, we could choose from coffees as well as different croissants or other sweets. Overall, the value of this accommodation is good for the price, it was clean, the staff was nice, and the neighbourhood seemed absolutely safe, we were not stressed about walking home late from the city center.

The location is roughly 30min walk away from the central train station, but we were expecting that, so it's not really a problem because closer accommodations can be found in a higher price range.

The instruction to get to the place and enter the room,were very clear and it went smoothly. We've got all information about buses and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and large enough to our needs. Good shampoo and body gel.

1.A very tiny refrigerator full of bottles for sale, no place for our products that needed refrigerator. 2.In our deal breakfast was included but we had to walk to a local bar outside. This " breakfast" included only 1 piece of pastery (Cornetto) and cup of coffee or juice. In order to get a decent breakfast we had to add 5€ per person.

On the day of departure, the cleaning lady woke us up at 8:15 a.m. She was knocking on the door and trying to get into the room. She wanted to know when we were leaving. But check-out was at 10:00 a.m.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tanzi Home. The room was lovely and had a spacious balcony. Although the balcony faced the city, the view was quite nice as the flat is positioned high above nearby buildings. The room service came everyday to make up the room. Importantly, if you want more privacy or a longer sleep, you can put up a sign and skip the room service for the day. The location of Tanzi Home is quite alright. We did not have any trouble getting to the city centre by bus, the trip takes only 15 minutes. We really liked the breakfast: cornetto + coffee of choice. One can also use the option to enlarge the meal with an English-like breakfast for additional 5 €. We tried it several times and it was freshly made and delicious. Moreover, the staff at Bar Moderno was especially kind and welcoming. They really looked after us and we loved chatting with them. All in all, we highly recommend you to choose Tanzi Home for your stay in Bari!

It would be great if we could have an iron for everyday use.

Breakfast was organized in bar very near to the location and it was very italina. Everything what we wanted to be.

Excellent room, super comfortable, extremely clean. Wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Location was great for us, easy access, walking routes and good amenities nearby. All in all fantastic and would book again.

There really were no negative points.

The property was very nice. The area was very safe. Room was really clean, bed comfortable, great views, loved the patio. There is nothing I can say was wrong.
