We only stopped for a night's sleep on the way from Naples going south, but it was very comfortable and the staff was super nice (though their English was not great). The breakfast was also very good, compared to many European hotel breakfasts. Simple but had everything you could want. Bed was comfortable. We paid 7 Euros for parking that we reserved before arrival. This was lucky because it didn't seem like their was any available parking in the area. The garage is super tight, but one of the staff parked the car for us (...it was a real "Tetris" job...).

We have been visiting Hotel Palace intermittently for several years, and it remains our go-to hotel whenever we visit family and friends in Battipaglia. The service is consistently friendly, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our stay is always the breakfast. The variety and quality of the offerings are superb, and it's an extra special treat when they serve buffalo mozzarella—absolutely delicious! Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal as it is close to Lido Mediterraneo, which is our favourite beach close to the area. This convenience makes our visits even more enjoyable. Thank you, Hotel Palace, for consistently providing such a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!

We found that this was the best option when it came to price, location and pet policy. The room was of good size and had a desk where we would do some work. It also had a balcony. The WIFI was good and I liked that the breakfast had bread, yogurt and breakfast meat instead of only sweets.

The WIFI was a bit difficult to setup at first. The information on the hotel said to ask for the password at the reception, but then they give information that you need to sign up and verify using your email address. It worked after that, but I felt that I was going to get a lot of spam after that, consider it wasn't even the hotel itself you sign up with. I also felt that some outside furniture on the balcony would be nice so that you can sit outside.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Had a terrace, but we had to ask ourselves for a hanger for the clothes. If there is a small table on the terrace, it will be super good, so you can sit and have a coffee there. The food was nice, but a bit more variety will be perfect when it comes to salty choices (like salami&cheeses). Staff was super friendly, nice & helpful, they made our stay special. ❤️

My family’s room was older and had a bad smell. My room did have some ants but I told the cleaning lady. Breakfast should be served until 10:30 or not rushed to clean up when 9:40 comes around.

Restaurant was fabulous - dinner and breakfast was completely exceptional. Bed and room furnishings, bathroom fittings were lovely. First soft pillows i slept on in my whole 2 week trip throughout Italy. A/C worked great. Very convenient to the highway, great place for overnight rest while driving.

We always stay here when visiting my family in Battipaglia. We find the hotel, location and staff excellent for our needs. We always try to get a room overlooking the Tusciano River and, on good days we leave the balcony door open to hear the sound of rushing water.

The hotel was updated a few years ago and could maybe use a bit of freshening up but for the price and the location and the garage parking (available for a small extra fee) it suits our needs perfectly.

On all my trips to Europe, We always use this hotel. as our first hotel stop. Very good breakfast . Super clean. Excellent service and best of all a good safe garage with lift access to reception and the room. I thank all the staff for the great care and welcome.

After staying in around 15 different hotels in Italy over the last few weeks, this is the first one where everything was great. Kudos to this hotel. Their listing on booking.com is accurate; unlike most hotels in Italy. Well lit, clean rooms. Professional staff. Good breakfast with exceptional coffee. Thank you.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stop in our trip to Calabria. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The air conditioning made it very pleasant. Fantastic accommodations. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We wanted a convenient and good place for dinner and Vito recommended the pizza restaurant across the street. It did not disappoint! I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant
