Nice Italian breakfast, clean room, shared bathroon.. Very helpful and nice person Maia who excellent takes care of guests and surroundings.. Good communication in ENG with owner on whatsaspp . Very smooth check in and check out.

In booking room which I choose was described with garden view unfourtunetly was on street (where is big constructions works- new appartments are builded). The owner once reported proposed to change the room after one night (once free) to enjoy the great view with sea. This is the biggest advantage of this flat and main reason for choosing. Sea view has only ooms B and M..

The place was nice and clean. We had a balcony and very nice view on the see. The hostess was nice. We even had a breakfast there and coffee machine. The place really was worth the price. A bit older but we liked it! We also had our own bathroom. Thank you!!! I would recommended to anyone who does not expect luxury but decent place for decent money. It was not far from the public beach, just on the hill a bit - good exercise walk :o)

Great breakfast included! Enjoyed it on the terrace in the morning. The room was comfortable enough for the night. It was a bit up on the hill but that’s the nice part about it. It’s nice to walk around and go up the hill for a nice view :)

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it did the job.

The place is really nice, with a great view, perfect if you go in a car.. we've an inconvenient with the bus, and arrived late.. Massimo, was great and received us really late..

If you have to walk, is a long way going down, and then up to get back..

I loved the view! It was completely extraordinary. I was positively surprised. The host was very approachable and everything went as planned. The establishment was clean, it was well equipped and exceeded expectations.

Unfortunately the accommodation is in a residential area in which the bus stop has been discontinued. The journey between the accommodation and the city centre is only possible via a road (no pavement and poor visibility). I was chased on the way to the accommodation and when I tried to leave an individual ran after me, but luckily I managed to enter inside the accommodation safely. For those on foot it can be a little out of the centre, and a little dangerous.

Owner spoke very little English and neither did his associate on site. The place was older and needed a little work. It felt like staying at our aunt's home.

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. The staff and host was very helpful . Free parking. And of course- the view from balcony was amazing:)

Maybe could do some refurbishing in bathroom:)

Overall I was happy, the person involved with the booking was Extremely helpful, the little wrapped breakfast was a nice touch

The location, it was an easy away form anything, fine if you dont mind walking, and I dont.

The breakfast was easy but in the city, de 2-3 minutes drive, there was a good bakery with excellent food.

I highly appreciate the help of the property manager. He provided a short video explaining all the steps to get to the property. Besides, he was always available via WhatsApp. The view in the proximity of the property is fabulous. The room is large, everything was clean, and the breakfast was pretty OK. Briefly, you get value for your money.
