Marina was a lovely host who was a pleasure to meet with every day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and a short walk from the central train station and bus dept. Having a coffee machine in the room was great as I was able to enjoy an early morning espresso. A large room which would suit a family of 4. Also Marinas' restaurant recommendations were excellent.

Because of the closeness of the train station and tracks, train noise could be heard in the morning. Having the bathroom opposite rather than in the room was a bit frustrating but I got used to it.

From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for, by Marina. Lift access was much appreciated, the breakfasts were a lovely surprise and the apartment was spacious and well decorated. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. She went out of way to recommend things to do, provided maps and made written recommendations for our onward travel to Sicily.

There is considerable noise from the street and trains at night, but double glazing takes care of 50% of the sound. We recognise this is beyond the control of the host.

Large 'room' beautifully furnished. We liked the fact that we were greeted by the owner on check in (check out was also overseen by the owner) as opposed to an impersonal check in where you access the keys from a box.

The hostess Marina was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The accomodation had all facilities and was very comfortable. The property is well located with a short walk to the train station, and pleasant walk into the main centre. I was easily able to access further day trips in the area and along the coast. A very pleasant stay.

Location fabulous, though it does take a bit of help from locals to find it the first time around! Once there it is wonderful. Lovely host who gives information on local amenities/suggests things to see and do. The ferry port to the Amalfi coast tours is a 10 minute walk away...really great! The apartment is spotlessly clean and very welcoming.

The beds were on the firm/hard side for me, but this is obviously a personal preference thing.

Our hostess was very kind and always available for help. She made us breakfast everyday which we enjoyed. The room is very cozy and had everything we needed.

If you keep the window open, then the train noise might get annoying. Best option is to close the window and use AC !

The owner was very kind and helpful. The place is very close to the train station, and the room was more than sufficient.

If you don't turn on the AC, you can hear the trains at night, which can wake you if you are a light sleeper.

The room was really nice, with air conditioner, big bathroom (just a pity outside the room, but was super quiet int he house so for me wasn't any problem). I felt like at home not at some kind of hotel :)

The owner of this b&b was very helpful and friendly. Salerno is a great base for visiting the region, we took a ferry to Amalfi and a train to Pompeii. The Crypt in Salerno cathedral is well worth a visit.

Everything was perfect!!!! The place is very cosy and convinient, there is everything for comfortable staying. Many thanks to the owner Marina for the hospitality:-) She is a very nice person:-) The room was exceptionally clean and well-decorated. I would give this place 11 of 10 scores, if it was possible:-)
