I love every minute of staying in this hotel. I see lots of hotel in my life and even work in 5 star properties. But this hotel is a true gem, it’s the place where you want to come again and bring all your family and friends just to share that amazing experience with the loved ones. It’s the type of hotel where people come in generations with rich history but feels very modern. Food was a true Italian masterpiece, breakfast exceptional, everything was so delicious. The beach and the way to water so cinematic. The room cleaning and amenities are on high level of standard. The people who work there are truly love this hotel and make the every way possible for you to feel welcome and happy and 0 stress. After living in a big city this hotel tells like I connecting to nature and myself again. We take a short trip to Positano 15 minutes on water taxi which is just an amazing way to see the stunning views from water. Thank you to each and everyone who make this hotel operate and be such a dream place to stay.

The view from the hotel was magical. The breakfast was delicious, served from a room with the most stunning views. Two pools and the sea to use to cool off. Free shuttle to Praiano (and two excellent restaurant suggestions - Kasai and La Strada). We also ate at the hotel one night in the brasserie - again, incredible views and beautiful food. Water taxi (not free but a MUST DO) to Positano. Our room was so beautiful, comfy, cool and quiet. Quirky arrangements to get around the hotel (a lot of lifts unless you want to try the stairs!) but when you see the location, you understand why. We went to Ravello - gorgeous town - and Amalfi (cute, but heaving). And a side trip to Capri. A wonderful magical place to stay.

Grand Hotel Tritone was absolutely amazing. The view was breathtaking, the staff was kind approachable and extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel has the perfect location away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to towns for visiting. The convenience of using the hotel water taxi made visiting Positano easy. A free hotel shuttle is provided for trips to Praiano where you will find delicious restaurants. The hotel swim club is the absolute best place to take in the gorgeous views. Our stay was magical! Thank you to everyone who made our trip unfortgettable.

The private beach is amazing - there is the beach club beach and dock that is private and for hotel guests only, and then you can walk or swim to a pebble beach which is only accessible by boat so is very quiet. We were there in August and it was so nice to get away from the crowds and feel a sense of peace and relaxation at the hotel. We took, bus, taxi, and boat taxi and they were all great! The bus stop is right outside the hotel and you can buy tickets at the concierge. Breakfast was great (as everyone says) We ended up going to Arienzo beach club in Positano and it was great, but honestly the hotel beach is just as nice and included already in your nightly rate!

I wish they offered more filtered water options. We like to use our resusable water bottles also because they keep water cool for a long time and we were forced to buy the glass bottled water from hotel.

Exceptional hotel and staff, beautifully decorated in traditional Italian tile- clean, impeccable staff, family owned hotel- felt personal and reminded me what was missing in corporate hotel chains. The location is amazing right on the water, two pools, access to the sea, away from the chaos of Positano and Amalfi. Food was delicious. Our room was spacious, with a balcony, beds were comfortable - it was a wonderful experience

Like all things- loved loved loved being away from the chaos of Positano and Amalfi but didn’t love that you couldn’t walk anywhere off the resort and needed a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel did arrange taxis and did offer a free shuttle into the town of Praiano

The location is stunning! The minute you get off the elevator and step into the lobby you are in awe. The staff greeted us like celebrities upon entering the hotel. The property was impeccably clean and decorated with the utmost attention to detail and class. We enjoyed both amazing restaurants that featured delicious selections. Whether it be traditional Italian pizza and pasta, or a little bit more unique seafood and gourmet dishes, the restaurants will not disappoint. Breakfast on the terrace was fresh and offered endless fruit and pastry items, including made to order eggs. On top of it all the staff is the most friendly, accommodating, and delightful staff I have ever experienced at a resort. The presence and hospitality of Mr. Gagliano and his family (including Oliver, the family Golden Retreiver) truly makes you feel like you are staying with family. We will definitely be back! I am so glad I found this gem on Booking.com. Thank you Gagliano Family for making this our family’s most memorable vacation to date!

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Fantastic service, clean rooms, and spectacular views! The front desk team booked all transfers (both by boat and by car), made restraunt reservations, water taxi requests, etc. flawlessly, making the stay smooth and welcoming. Wonderful views throughout the property, relaxing beach club, and top notch staff. The included breakfast was also superb. Highly recommend, especially for couples!

The free hotel shuttle into town only runs during dinner hours. So if you want lunch outside of the hotel (not necessary as there is a casual restaurant at the hotel), plan to walk the 15-20min into town or catch a taxi. Can also water taxi to Positano or elsewhere.

The view is picture perfect and the room was truly special. Being able to park at the hotel was very convenient. The access to the beach was magical and the steps that we chose to do gave us serious exercise after a day lounging by the ocean. Other than the front of house staff, I found the staff to be under enthusiastic in communications and assistance which did slightly lower the mood of the holiday.

Excellent! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Tritone was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Tranquil and relaxing setting, offering spectacular views to Praiano and Positano. Easy to visit the neighboring villages by water taxi. Our room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This place was amazing! The staff was happy, energetic, and out to take care of us the entire time! Anything we needed they were right there to help. They made our vacation a dream! There were so many things that were great about staying here, that I can’t even mention them all. The views, the people, and the food were excellent. 5 stars!
