I stayed at Albadamare Boutique Hotel for two nights and was genuinely impressed. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the beach and there are no balconies, it more than makes up for it with its cozy atmosphere, tasteful design, and exceptional hospitality. The rooms are spotlessly clean and decorated in a minimalist, elegant style with calming natural tones. Everything is thoughtfully arranged — comfortable bed, high-quality linens, good lighting, and excellent soundproofing. It’s a perfect place to relax after exploring the Amalfi Coast. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and cared for, always ready to help with tips on restaurants, walking routes, or transportation. Their personal approach and attention to detail really elevate the experience. Breakfast in the garden was another highlight. Fresh, tasty, and served with care — great coffee, warm croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, and homemade treats. A lovely way to start the day. Although reaching the beach involves a bit of a walk (as is typical in Praiano), the hotel’s peaceful location away from the tourist crowds is a real advantage. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic, and beautifully kept place to stay, I can wholeheartedly recommend Albadamare.

The Boutique Hotel is set in a beautiful location, looking down on the village and across the sea, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff are amazing, Antonella the manager is very welcoming and helpful, giving us local knowledge on everything we asked, Lucha at breakfast made some amazing coffees, the lemon one being very special, omelettes cooked to order are delicious, lots of pastries and cereals to choose from. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we certainly thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This property is amazing for several reasons. The location is great. It is central, so it is an easy walk to where ever you want to go in Praiano. (When I say easy walk, I mean close in distance. Get ready for lots of steps and inclines!) It is also on the local bus stop #15 which will drop you close to the front door. The property has a beautiful veiw of Praiano. Besides the beautiful veiw from the room, the patio is always open and also has a beautiful view. The rooms are great - very clean. The property is a value for what you get. I would add that the premises are very peaceful. I was looking to get away on a personal retreat to reflect on my life, and this was the perfect property where to do it. If you are looking for more night life, I would suggest somewhere in Positano. But if you are looking for something more quiet and peaceful, this is the place! The best part of my stay here is the staff. They are amazing. Antonella was in constant communciation with me before I got there, giving me instructions and schedules for the ferry and buses to make sure I had what I needed to get there. She took care of me the whole time I was there - restaurant recommendations, directions around town, bus routes, and detailed instructions for my hike to Path of the Gods (be sure to bring your hiking shoes!). Lucio was incredibly kind, bringing me endless cuppaccinos every morning, and crafting the perfect omelette for me every breakfast. Antonella, her husband Salvatore, and Lucio were always available to get me whatever I needed to make my stay enjoyable and provide information to naviagate my way around. My one recommendation is that you confirm that the room you book has a view of the ocean. My first room did not, and I don't think that was clear on booking.com. After I expressed my desire to Antonella, she moved me when they had the first available opening. The price is not that much more, and definately worth the extra money.

The location was stunning, overlooking the sea (quite high up the cliff so a bit of a hike to and from the beach, but bus stop was right next to hotel). Close to great restaurants (staff helped recommend). It was very well appointed, everything looked freshly decorated and very clean. They provided lovely fresh beach towels every day. The breakfast was very delicious (not a huge selection, but a bit of everything). They also did eggs to order, fresh orange juice and coffee. They also had a 24h water station to refill water bottles with cold water (still & sparkling). My room was small but well appointed and had great AC.

This was our favourite hotel from our 5 week holiday. Antonella and her husband were incredible hosts. From the communication, via whatsapp, before our stay, and then being incredible during. The breakfast was exceptional, and they catered well for my wife who is Coeliac. THE VIEW was almost better than the photos, and we have never stayed at a cleaner hotel. Praiano was a great place to stay, and we are glad we stayed there over the chaos of Positano and Amalfi. Just be prepared for some walks up hills. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel for the local buses which was also very convenient! If we go back to amalfi, we will be staying here

The rooms were extremely clean and were cleaned every morning. It is the best thing coming back to a fresh room every day after a long day out. Breakfast was absolutely TOP NOTCH, blew my socks off with the scrammie eggs!! Also extra points for having access to cold filtered water any time we wanted. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble at all.

The hotel is high up on a hill, so be prepared to get those legs and lungs going. We missed the memo about a bus that goes to the accommodation and ended up taking the stairs....there are a lot of them and going up them with your luggage is NOT advisable.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming hotel on the Amalfi Coast! Antonella, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, conveniently close to a local bus stop #15(make sure to transit to the local bus from the main road), making it easy to explore the area. The local bus, which is less crowded, also goes to Positano. The property itself was spotless and the breakfast – simply delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast!

There are so many things to say about Albadamare, I'll start by saying it has been a wonderful place to stay in paradise. I read a lot of reviews, and I had high expectations regarding this stay, after my trip I can say it exceeded those expectations. Antonella is an extremely kind host always willing to help. She contacted me weeks before my arrival and helped me with information regarding my arrival. As a host she gave me great tips to enjoy my stay here. Definitively a place to return. Praiano is not the most popular destination on Amalfi Coast, however I found a peaceful place with amazing food, outstanding views and great beaches. It is also close to Positano and Amalfi if you want to do day trips. Thank you Antonella and all your staff for making me feel at home.

Excellent service, very good breakfast, spotless rooms. We stayed in the room with the lower ceiling but no issues allthough I am 1m89. Staff is very friendly and will help you with all your questions. Praiano is a very beautifull town, much more quiet and cheaper hotels than in Positano. So good to stay here and to visit the towns at the coast of Amalfi. Good connection via bus to other towns and the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Praiano is a city with a lot of stairs. We appreciated the views because of this but maybe not feasible for everybody to walk so many stairs. We can highly recommend restaurant Saghir. Very nice owner and very good food for reasonable prices.

We paid 220 euro per night so price-quality is the only thing we can mention. For the rest, all perfect! Be aware that parking in front of the hotel is €30/day. Hotel staff will direct you to a free of charge parking spot a few min walking from the hotel. As we didn't need the car during our stay this was a good solution.

We stayed in the villa, we were blown away with the room. It was so big, with a large king bed, lounge room and private outdoor area just for us. It also had incredible views of the coast which made it such a pleasure waking up and seeing such a beautiful view. Breakfast was also really nice every morning, they had fresh pastries, fruit and cake every morning. Alongside someone to make eggs / omelets and fresh coffee which is a really nice way to start the day. The staff was also really helpful with recommendations and booking reservations at any restaurant we wanted to go to which was really nice. The location is also incredible if you want to visit Positano, Praiano or Amalfi. You are 15 minutes away from Positano via bus or vespa. Rent a vespa, BEST WAY TO SEE THE COAST. You are walking distance to any restaurant or beach club in Praiano and close driving distances to other cities near by. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which is great as well.
