We have had the most amazing and relaxed stay. Every single one of the hotel staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. The rooms alongside the reception area, breakfast areas, hallways and pool area are lovely and clean. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and a lovely clean bathroom. The decor is lovely and all soft furnishings are very clean. The breakfast was amazing and my gluten free needs were exceptionally well catered for. We couldnt have wished for a better stay.

Staff staff staff!! We have been travelling all over Italy now for nearly one month and the staff in this hotel were the best we have come across. They went above and beyond and immediately made us feel so welcome. The could not have been more helpful and genuinely friendly and kind people. Dea the hotel dog was an added bonus for us! They even made us breakfast early one day when we were leaving for the ferry. The rooms were immaculate and room facilities were great. Location was approx 10 mins drive from pompei and 20min walk to the town centre which was perfect.

The pool area was nice but the pool itself could be updated.

We chose this destination for our honeymoon, and it offered the best of both worlds: serene relaxation by the pool and the excitement of exploring Pompeii. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable, with a special shoutout to Alex, whose excellent English skills were a lifesaver. Additionally, the accessibility for wheelchair users was fantastic, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Highly recommend for a balanced and memorable getaway!

Nothing it was perfect!

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and again staff went out of their way to accommodate my special request. Good location, off the beaten track so nice and peaceful but only a 15 minute walk into the centre.

I would’ve liked a little more storage and maybe a shelf in the bathroom would’ve been good but this wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Loved the pool area!! Loved the staff, they were amazing and made you feel part of their property! Loved Dea the dog, the service was great, the pillows were so comfy and the rooms were to an extreme high cleanliness level

Maybe a bit far from the main strip but still only a 15 min walk so probably best if you plan on eating pasta and needing to walk it off

Arrived early but staff made sure our rooms were available for us as soon as possible. Reception staff outstanding and any request we made were catered for. Before leaving to visit Pompeii scavi bar staff met us in reception with a tray of complimentary drinks to help us deal with the hot weather and a surprise bag of gifts when we checked out the next day. 5 star service all round and highly recommended 👌

Staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond for us, organising dinner, taxis and they also organise tours! I couldn’t recommend their service enough. Hotel was so clean and comfortable. Pool is absolutely AMAZING, never been in a pool like that, it is great for the legs after walking around Pompeii for the day. Best hotel experience I have ever had. 10/10.

It’s a small walk to the town centre and Pompeii Ruins, but they hotel organised taxis for you, and really worth staying in. Taxis are cheaper in Pompeii than Sorrento/Rome.

The staff were fantastic. We got greeted by 2 bundles of joy. Daya the labrador, very friendly and then Zara the Managers beautiful daughter. The staff went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed and were lovely to pat. We were able to walk into Pompei from the hotel nstead of taking the car took us about 20/25 minutes (no hills) easier than parking in Pompei. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the wellness area with hydro pool was very relaxing. Thank you for having us x

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel dog was lovely. The pool and bar area was very neat and tidy. Hydrotherapy pool was great after a day walking around Pompeii.

The pool could do with a clean, the tiles were a bit dirty and falling off. Location was a bit out of the way, taxi was expensive to get there and back.

The hotel was lovely. The decor, food and rooms were all great and very clean. As for the staff they were absolutely amazing, my daughter is in a wheelchair so I was worried about getting around. I needn't have worried as they went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. From arranging transport to arranging excursions. It was perfect from start to finish, we didn't want to come home.
