Lovely B&B, secure, short walk to Pompeii ruins. Room v pleasant, air-con worked nicely & beds comfortable. Friendly accommodating owners, nice breakfast & coffee. Good map provided & owner marked on where the good restaurants & ice-cream shops were which was helpful.

Bit tricky to find - Map on my phone took me down a few dead-end v narrow side-streets trying to find it. Is at the end of a one-way system. Are some metered parking spaces opposite to unload but parking is a short approx 5 min walk away. Bathroom was v small and door wouldn't close properly but not a major problem.

Fast and easy check in process The location was perfect because you can easily walk there from the train station: Pompei Scavi. When it comes time for your visit to the Pompei ruins, the BnB is located nearby lesser crowded access gates to the ruins (just look it up on maps and you will see) Your restaurant ptions for food and drink are incredible, about 10 minutes away, so many options. Visit the main church, it is INCREDIBLE!!! Incredible value for your money. Included breakfast is just fine. (From the reviews, Some people expect more, then they should pay more and stay elsewhere) I really, really enjoy the opportunity to stay here and support a local business, run by a family, that is not much different from you or from me: support local small business.

Immediately on arrival we were welcomed like we were home! The family that run B&B Elena could not have been more helpful and friendly which made our stay so lovely! The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and had a lovely terrace - its peaceful, welcoming and in a great location! Thank you so much to Dario and family for helping us before we arrived and during our stay. Your B&B is lovely and we would recommend you 100%. Thank you for making our trip perfect :)

Everything is perfect

Family is very nice and Dario welcomed us at 2am (due to flights being delayed 2 hours due to Microsoft problems). It's also very close to everything (station scavi, ruins and main centre). They also have a lovely breakfast. I would stay here again and I can recommend it, as everything was very clean too.

Not a dislike but a recomendation: better variety of breakfast (due to space - maybe something different every day would help). Noise as you can hear everything. But you can take earplugs and you will be fine.

Location near bars, restaurants and places of interest excellent and within walking distance Good size family room, basic but had what we needed as a family. Continental Breakfast was OK.

After I had booked accommodation then was I only advised of €10 charge for parking car overnight inside courtyard premises. . Still it was better than parking on road outside were I would've been charged €24 but would still like to warned of additional charges before booking.

Great proximity to the ruins. Restaurants very close by. VERY secure measures for safety in and out of property. (I actually locked myself out & had immediate response from Dario...much appreciated!)

Minor cosmetic issues in my bathroom, but nothing so major it would prompt me not to return. Bed was hard, but that, of course, is personal preference driven

The hoat were very helpful and friendly! We arrived late and they were so kind to wait for us. The accomodation was lovely and clean and breakfast was beautiful. The only think I would change is the length of our stay! Next time we will stay.much longer🙂

Fantastic location close to all the entrances to Pompeii.Dario and wife are great hosts, very helpful.breakfast good to get you going for the day.Parking not far away.all this made for a good stay .

One night hot water not working but Dario got it fixed the next day.No big problem..all else perfect.

It was my second time at B&B Elena and this time I stayed 10 nights. I was very happy again with my stay and I am starting to feel like at home. The place is comfortable, clean and not far from the archeological site and other places in Pompei. It is very good value for money. - I will be back next year.

We stayed 2 nights the first night was ok the second was very noisy, walls are thin and we could hear people in other rooms throughout the night. Probably not too much of a problem generally but if people in other rooms are up late it can be quite annoying.
