It was a very big room and bathroom- shower enclosure was huge. Very comfy big bed, a small fridge, hairdryer in bathroom, nice and comfortable. It had a nice little seating area outside looking out with Mt Versuvius in the distance. Also a communal terrace which was nice as friends were staying in 2 of the other rooms. It was a bit of an oasis from the busy streets of Pompeii. Not far from Pompeii Sanctuario train station (7mins walk with cases). A few mins from Piazza Bartolo Longo. About 20 mins from the entrance for the ruins. Lots of bars/restaurants around. Breakfast arrangement was a voucher for the pattiserie downstairs (De Vivo) which gave you a pastry and coffee or orange juice. Nice place to sit and have your breakfast before a full day of sightseeing. The pastries are big, fresh and delicious . Seems to be the place for breakfast. This worked well. Negatives: It’s on 2nd floor (no lift), so could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Also carrying heavy cases. Also a very small gripe, a full length mirror would be nice. But would definitely stay again.

For a visit to Pompeii the location was ideal. Close to the Sanctuaria train station, on the Via Roma with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and close to a gate into the archeological park. A 5€ voucher for breakfast was provided for each day to be used in the next door cafe, however I used this in the evening after dinner. I ate breakfast across the road at We Love Pure where they served fresh fruit and salads and pots of tea. The suite consisted an entrance area with a brewing station, a large bathroom with walk in shower and a large bedroom with a sofa. A juliette balcony faced the main street. There is a spacious outdoor patio area and the plants and decor create a nice ambience.

This is a guest house and has no lift. It's 48 steps up two flights of stairs, so not suitable for everyone. The hot water was not consistently available and the pressure in the shower was poor. The television had no English news channels. I could just about follow the news on the Italian Sky channel. You could access limited English films and programmes through the satellite offering and Netflix if you have an account.

The room was well decorated and appointed with plenty of space, comfortable bed and plenty of information available. The hosts were friendly and helpful - they replied to messages very quickly. Location was fabulous - right on the doorstep of Pompeii ruins and the breakfast at the bakery was exceptional - freshly baked buns and croissants with delicious coffee! Would definitely recommend this hotel

4 fights of stairs to carry your luggage up may be an issue for older people as there is no lift but not so much of an issue to put anyone off from staying

Fabulous location near to the southern? entrance to the Pompeii site. Easy to book and communication was prompt and gave great directions to the accommodation. The rooms are fabulous - super comfortable bed, a lounge, large bathroom and a dressing area. Eating spots close by and complimentary breakfast at the bakery downstairs ( super primo bakery - all the locals were there every morning for pastries and coffee) Great terrace which we couldn't use due to torrential rain. Best view of Mt Vesuvius from the portico to our room.

Only beer in the fridge? Disco lights in the shower were a bit of a ??? - everything else was first class amazing.

Great, spacious room. Very clean. Although the property is on a prominent street, it was very quiet in the room at night as the rooms are tucked away from the face of the street. Had all the amenities we needed. We stayed in January when it's cold at night, but there's A/C that heats and they had added additional heaters in case we wanted to use then. There are some nice looking common areas. Bakery downstairs is fantastic. Very close to one of the entrances to the Pompeii ruins. Pleasant, communicate host. Check-in was very simple.

Very good for stay of short period of time. The location is few hundreds meters from Pompey ruins, so location is really big plus. Beds were comfortable, room is spacious with big bathroom. The central square are very near also.

Small fridge didn’t cooled at all. Parking is for extra cost, on the other hand with discount. The most we didn’t liked that it was no info that for breakfast is a limit of 4,5 euro for pastries in downstairs cafe.

Location was good. The room was large, modernised and decorated to a very good standard. Lovely to have some outside space. Shower etc was good. Nice to have some fancy glasses to drink out of. It was quiet at night. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. There's a fridge and kettle to make drinks. There is a common area outside you can also use as well as some space outside the room. Very nice place. The owners quickly rectified an issue with the hot water.

The hot water took time to come through. If you don't like heights like me, you have to walk across a terrace/ balcony to get to your room and the common area. Overall it was really nice.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. It has its own terrace and entrance. Great location next to the least crowded entrance of Pompeii and close to a couple of good restaurants. If we come back to Pompeii, we will definitely stay here again!

There is no elevator to reach the second floor, but it didn't bother us. The breakfast is downstairs at the local pasticceria. The coffee and brioche were delicious, but it might not be enough for everyone. My husband ordered something extra, but there are only sweet options. The host didn't speak English well, but we were able to communicate through WhatsApp/Booking app.

Perfect place to stay to explore pompei. We had concert at amphitheater and this was a 2 min walk. Room was exceptional, comfy bed, great complimentary toiletries and mini fridge. We had balcony too, which was great. Good views. Decent price. Booking process smooth. Staff were friendly. Will definitely be back.

Bit confusing to get breakfast in busy cafe downstairs, but when we managed it was really good.

We booked two rooms next to each other (203 and 204) for 5 people as a family. We had a great stay. The apartments are in a fantastic location for the ruins with enough decent food options right on your doorstep. There is also a funny little amusement park next door which is pretty fun if you have little ones.

While we had a very comfortable stay and the apartments are well designed, they are clearly very close to needing maintenance in a number of minor areas. Definitely didn’t impact our experience though
