Me and my son stayed in one of the room upstairs, it is a refurbished property and everything was very new, efficiently located and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had a lovely shower. Size of room was comfortable, so my son spent time there while I worked away. Property has a downstairs private area, which is within a partially open portico, so there are armchirs and is quite relaxing to spend time there. The hostess was very available and made all arrangements very clear.

Breakfas was not provided, I would have appreciated; also there was a large kitchen in the common area, it would have been useful if the kitchen was made available for the guests to use.

A clean, spacious room on the ground floor. Felt very secure with huge doors with good solid locks to gain access. There was a double bed and a small single bed, and a small fridge stocked with soft drinks at a reasonable extra charge. Also a desk/dressing table, wardrobe etc so plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Shampoo, soap and shower caps were provided. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the Pompeii archeological site and nearby restaurants and town centre. Our host Angela was there to greet us and was very friendly and helpful. Whilst there is a kitchen within the property this is supposedly for staff only. We were allowed to boil water on the stove, but it would have been nice to have a kettle, tea and coffee facilities in the room.

What a lovely place, the interrior is filled with lots of pretty details. The host Angela is exceptional! Location is fantastic- 4 min away from the train station, just next to the street with restaurants and very close to one of the exits to Pompei Archaeological park.

Friendliness of the service and accommoding to our needs

All good, except that we saw in the original listing that it would include breakfast. When we booked it said that was not included- so I do not know if that is an issue of Booking or the lodging.

The property is a few minutes walk from the Pompei Archeological Site, 2 minutes from the Central Pompei Train Station and a couple of minutes from the main square; many restaurants and a few bars are a 100 metres away. Quite modern and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is good, especially if you like sweet treats (pancakes, waffles, croissant, cake). Proprietor very helpful with directions and information. Very comfortable bed.

Would have liked more healthy items for breakfast, fruit, cereal, natural yogurt. An iron (or use of an iron for 30 minutes) would have been good, as my clothes were very creased. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room, maybe something to think about for the future; would have loved to be able to make tea for myself when returning from excursions!

The place is great and convenient. It is very near to the center and the train station, with lots of restaurants surrounded by. You can walk to Pompeii Ruins. The room is nice and tidy with a small bar inside. The staff was very welcoming!

The Wifi could be stronger:)

Perfect to visit Pompeji and Ercolano, just a short walk to the ruins, in the very center of Pompeji. Very friendly staff, no problem with late checkout. They have a private secure parking 100m away, which is essential in pompeji when you have a car. We had the little studio, which is perfect for a couple.

Italian breakfast is included, starting at 8:30, which max be a bit late to be early at the ruins, which open at 9:00. But italian breakfast does not take long anyway, so this no real problem.

A lovely clean room with a comfortable bed located within east walking distance of the main Pompey train station and the amphitheatre entrance to the ruins. The owners were very helpful and there is a lovely sunny atrium area to eat breakfast. The hotel is located just a short walk to a number of good bars and restaurants. Very good value for money.

Gioielli House is in a great location, on a quiet street between the train station and the ruins. It is a recent renovation and was very nice and clean! The proprietor was very nice and available for communication. Breakfast was delicious! Our room was spacious with tall ceilings on the first floor, and cozy upstairs in the loft.

Our room had a loft accessible by a spiral staircase. We liked that part (especially the kids), but the railing is not very secure. The mattress on the double bed was very hard.
