We absolutely loved our stay at Dream House Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a modern and clean design, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful garden with lovely trees, perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a cup of tea and a sense of tranquillity. A special thank you for the breakfast — I loved the traditional grilled zucchini and eggplant; they were so delicious! The breakfast overall offered amazing quality ham, salamis, and desserts a great variety of options that were truly finger-licking good. Our room was excellent—clean, modern, and most importantly, very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided a proper bed for our child, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all amenities, including the main square with its fantastic restaurants and the Pompeii Archaeological Park. We also visited Mount Vesuvius, and everything was just excellent. We loved our stay at Dream House Hotel and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

- extremely friendly staff and the kids loved Molly, the pet turtle - lovely garden, with space to sit and enjoy the evening - breakfast was delicious, albeit not too varied. The cook was very friendly - safe parking inside the location - we has the executive room - very spacious. The bathroom was big and colorful - location was great, close to ruins and the city plazza

- the AC was too small for the room. We had 2 kids and the AC was next to their beds, so we hd to turn it off. Then of course, it was too hot - main bed could use a new mattress - the shower was not really clean and it clogged

The Dream House was a great hotel in a very convenient area, close to trains, shops and restaurants, it was well equipped and more than suitable for our needs. Tastefully decorated throughout the breakfast room was especially lovely and staff could not have been more helpful and kind. My only reservation is that more people will find this gem of a place and it will be fully booked when we want to visit next year! It was our first time in Italy and as 'old codgers' we were a bit nervous about getting around by train but with encouragement, and written directions by the wonderful girl on reception, we managed to get ourselves to Herculaneum and Sorrento!

If you are coming to Pompei, this Hotel is a must do. Just 5 min walk from the ruins of Pompeii, excellent views from the balcony and the terrace. Beautiful decor, lovely garden, outstanding breakfast but what makes this place unique and charming is the people. Starting by Mario,He was extremely helpful and kind, then Carolina,the cook.... what a delicious breakfast . Again a must do. We would book this place a million times before a Waldorf...... And they have a Tortoise pet called Molly 🐢

We loved the breakfast, very traditional food which is what we wanted and lady who served us was always so happy and cheerful, lots of fresh fruit and yoghurts available along with a range of other fresh food prepared daily. Location is perfect for Ruins, we went on the first Sunday of the month and entry is free. Very close to shops, restaurants and the station as well. Thanks it was great.

I didn't spot that the Jacuzzi was an extra cost at 25 euros per person which was disappointing as it was the main reason I booked here, but thats on me and I should have checked the wording. Having said that its a great place to stay.

Lovely property in the centre of Pompeii, very close to the Amphitheatre entrance Gate of Pompeii. The house is a beautiful old mansion with a small garden and ample private parking space. Stayed for one night, but the host Mario was very helpful and ensured that we had all the information. The room and spacious bathroom were very tastefully appointed. Good linen, comfortable bed. Tea facility in room. Breakfast was very well arranged, with good choice and variety.

Probably the parking charge of 20Euro per day is a bit on the higher end.

A fantastic stay with Mario and Sabrina. Their lovely hotel was perfectly situated for our visit to Pompeii. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and suited our family reunion really well. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and throughout the stay, we felt welcomed and at home. It was also such an easy walk to a vast selection of good restaurants. Mario's communication with us in advance of the stay was outstanding! Keeping is informed on everything that we need to know, and being available via Whatsapp in advance of us arriving. Before we arrived, Mario was kind enough to respond to my request for advice, and suggested a really good priced, and excellent service, from a taxi transfer service that made getting from and to Napoli so easy with 7 of us and a lot of luggage! We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pompeii.

Bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Tiling in the shower doesn't go up high enough so there was some mildew on the walls. But a tiny thing in an otherwise awesome stay.

Modern, clean and great night sleep with icy AC, Staff were so nice and helpful, included breakfast was perfect. Great spot, one street back from the main strip so you could walk everywhere to the ruins, restuarants, markets, train station. We asked Staff to watch our bags till check in which they were happy to do but they then let us into our room early (about 4hrs early) after cleaning it just prior to our arrivalal, very rare anywhere else in our travels throughout Europe.

Water pressure to the shower (and toilet ?) could be better, plenty of our stays elsewhere were similar, some weird and wonderful tapeware to get the shower head to work from the bath taps but that's part of travelling abroad, disconnected Bidet in bathroom wasnt a good look, other than that the everything was just fine.

The house is located a 20 minute walk from the train station, but only a 5 minute walk from the Pompeii archaeological site exit near the amphitheater. This area is full of nice restaurants and a buzzy atmosphere. We had to check out early for a flight (6.30am) and the hotel organised a breakfast /lunch pack (including warm chocolate pastries) for us to take to the airport - it was so sweet of them.

The hot tub is an additional 35 euro per person. This includes a bottle of Prosecco and 2 hours on the terrance.. I think it’s a little pricy. We would have paid maybe 15 euro each.

The accommodation was great. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very close to the centre, quiet with a cute little garden. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable right from the start. An earlier check in was possible and we were allowed to leave the car severel hours at the parking space after the check out. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Our host was very friendly and the restaurant recommendation he gave us was great. We will definitely be back for another super relaxing holiday at Dream House Pompei.
